This villa is ideally situated for easy access both to all the attractions of the theme parks( Disney is a ten minute drive away! ) and the beaches of the Gulf Coast,Coaco and Daytona. The property is just off the I-4 junction 58 about one and a half miles from Champions Gate with its superb championship golf course and another 23 courses within a 5 mile radius.
The property is situated on a small development, which is mainly occupied by American families. There are restaurants and bars together with food stores and conveniences within a two minute drive. Walmart is 10 minutes away!

A luxury 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with shaped swimming pool, set back from the road, which was the 'show home' for the development and is secluded from other villas, being surrounded by its own gardens and privacy fencing. The master bedroom is equipped with a 6'6" king size bed and has its own bath room with 'his & hers' basins, a walk-in shower and seperate bath. Off the bathroom is a walk-in closet with ample storage for clothes etc. The second double bed room also has the option to have its own en-suite facilities. Once again there is ample storage space in the built in wardrobe. There are two further guest bedrooms both furnished with twin beds and having access to their own bathroom. There is a 42" plasma TV in the lounge together with 26" LCD TV in the master bedroom. All TV's are connected to their own satellite boxes with access to 135 channels. There is an outdoor TV under the lanai by the pool for those 'chill out by the pool' moments. The pool itself is surrounded by a large upgraded patio area together with outside dining table and dining chairs. A table-tennis table is set up in the garage.

Disney is ten minutes drive away. Sea World is 15 minutes away and Universal 20 minutes away, Busch Gardens is 60 minutes. As you may well know driving in Florida is a lot more laid back and less stressful than the UK! The Gulf Coast at Clearwater Beach is 75 minutes away and the beaches at Coaco and Daytona are 60 minutes.
