Just a short drive on the Old Lake Wilson Road is the US192 with unlimited dining and entertainment attractions. The pool is located in a private, extended deck area. There is a huge amount of space for enjoyment and relaxation with both open areas and a large shaded area (with external lighting), ideal for outside dining underneath the first floor balcony. The deck area is accessed directly from the breakfast area through patio doors. The kitchen and breakfast areas are fully tiled throughout. One of the key aspects of this home is it's location in a secluded cul de sac which is very safe and peaceful, especially in consideration of children. To the rear is a tropical forest and to the front a small pond and woodland. The home is surrounded by beautiful lawns with a large front drive with space for a couple of cars.
Games room including full size table tennis and electronic darts.

Low season
January, February, November, December. Excludes Xmas & New Year

£450 or $765/week

Mid season
March, April, May, September, October. Excludes Easter.

£550 or $900/week.

High season
June, July and August

£650 or $1100/week.

Peak season
Xmas, New Year and Easter

£700 or $1150/week.

Discounts for bookings of 3 weeks or more.

All prices include sales and county taxes.

Pool heating £85 or $150/week as required

Confirmation of booking.

A provisional booking made by telephone/e-mail will be held for 4 days pending receipt of a completed and signed booking form together with deposit or full payment as appropriate. The client will then receive confirmation of the booking within 7 days. Signing of the booking form constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions by the client.

Deposit.

£100 or $200 per week for each week booked. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation and will be deducted from the full rental balance due.

The balance will be due ten weeks before the rental commencement. The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking where full payment is not received eight weeks prior to the rental commencement date. Bookings made within eights weeks prior to departure require payment in full at time of booking.

Security Deposit.

A security deposit of £150 is required as cover against any damage, breakages etc. This is to be paid together with the balance ten weeks prior to commencement. In the event of any charges being made, the client will be advised in writing otherwise the deposit will be refunded within 28 days of return. The client shall be held liable for making good all damages or loss to the property, its furnishings or contents during the rental period, with the exception of those items arising as a result of events insured by the owners.

Minimum Stay - 3 nights
