As you enter you immediately find yourself in a luscious sub-tropical resort, with driveway
that stretches toward a manned security gate house and through to the stunning Dolphin
Fountain at the entrance to the club house and facilities. The club house has a reception
area which sells newspapers and sundries, and provides information for guests staying
at the resort. There's a lounge area, where you can sit and chat or meet other guests
staying at Emerald Island. The kids can enjoy themselves in the games room, or on the
video arcade games provided, and you can "keep in touch" while on vacation with the IT
center that provides high-speed Internet access and high speed wireless for guests.

If you want to "work-off" some of that extra food you'll enjoy while on vacation, or simply
keep the program on track - take the time to use the fully-equipped fitness center at
Emerald Island, or work out with a game of volleyball on the sandy court with some new
friends.

The club house also features a sparkling clear community pool and hot-tub/spa pool for
guests to enjoy, and there's a sun-deck to drench yourself in the Florida "rays".

A shuttle service is available from the club house to take guests to and from the theme
parks and attractions of central Florida (ask at the club house for times and details).

Emerald Island resort is surrounded by conservation woodland, and there are nature
trails for "courageous" guests to explore.

Emerald Island is located off Hwy 192 West at Mile Marker 4 - approximately 2.5 miles
from the Disney theme parks. With lots of extra amenities and features it is one of the

Just 5 minutes from the entrance, guests will find the famous highway 192 – and the
Formosa Gardens shopping mall and eatery. Some of the best known restaurants are
located at Formosa Gardens, with an Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Giordano’s
Chicago Pizza restaurant, Carabba’s Italian, Cracker Barrel, Chinese, Subway and Taco
Bell take aways, as well as shops, a Winn Dixie supermarket, and much more.

The Dapple Dolphin vacation home is perfectly located on the exclusive Emerald Island resort-style community, less than two and-a-half miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida. With six bedrooms and four and-a-half bathrooms, this elegant and spacious vacation home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 14 guests.

The Dapple Dolphin has a spacious family room to relax in together during the day or evening, with luxurious furnishings, sumptuous sofas, large 37-inch flat screen HDTV LCD cable TV with DVD player/VHS, plus a five-channel surround sound stereo system; so you can watch your favorite movie, or listen to the music that you love (you can bring your CDs). There is also a separate loft area providing extra space, and the perfect place for the kids to play XBOX stocked with many games on the 20-inch flat screen cable TV with built in DVD, or for that peaceful heaven to get away from it all. There are five sets of separately controlled speakers powered from a 1000 watt stereo system that allows for easy listening throughout the house and the pool/lanai areas. Cable includes eight HBO channels, three Disney channels, six news channels, four sports channels, four music channels and many more.

Step outside from the family room, and enjoy the Floridian sunshine as you have fun together in our sparkling, crystal clear pool. When you want to relax, sit in the soothing bubbles of the raised spa or swim in the 16-by-32-foot heated pool and let the sound of the two waterfalls and slowly color-changing pool lights
relax you. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and alarms. Or sit in the shade of the massive 12-by-40-foot Lanai as the three ceiling fans swirl over head.

Sleeping accommodation at The Dapple Dolphin includes two master bedroom suites, the downstairs with a king-sized bed, nightstands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm, telephone, mirrored dresser and 23-inch flat screen HDTV LCD cable TV that is wall-mounted, big closet space, plus a private master bathroom with double cultured marble vanity basins, walk-in shower, two-person whirlpool tub and enclosed commode. A second master bedroom suite provides a queen-sized bed with nightstands, clock/radio/alarm, dresser and 20-inch flat-screen cable TV with built-in DVD player, plus an en-suite bathroom with vanity basin and make-up seat, bath/shower and commode. A third bedroom with a queen-sized bed, nightstand and lamp, clock/radio/alarm dresser with 20-inch flat-screen cable TV. A fourth bedroom which enjoys a queen-sized bed, and all the comforts and a 20-inch flat screen LCD cable TV, clock/radio/alarm all with adjacent bathroom.

The remaining two bedrooms are each perfect for the kids or young at heart with two twin beds in each, plus nightstand, dresser with cable 14-inch flat-screen TV with built in DVD player, plus lots of closet space, with nearby family bathrooms. Finally, the sofa in the loft can be converted to a queen-sized sleeper if required.

The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could possibly want to prepare a family feast or a quick snack. Let the family eat together at our separate dining area, or choose to snack at the breakfast nook off the kitchen. Kitchen features are the over-sized refrigerator with on the door ice/water, glass top cooking surface, center island, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, mixer and garbage disposal.
