You can eat at the formal dining table which looks out to the pool deck and the lake beyond, or maybe have a snack at the breakfast bar. Alternatively, it's always nice to eat outdoors. The choice is yours.

The kitchen is separated from the living area by a long breakfast bar. There is also a concealed utility area with washer and tumble dryer.
The 2 master bedrooms have full en-suite facilities, cable television, and have direct access to the pool deck via patio doors, providing views of the pool and lake beyond. There are large walk-in dressing areas off both en-suites. Additional access to the pool deck from one of the en-suite bathrooms.
In addition to the 2 masters, there are a further 2 good sized bedrooms with twin beds. These bedrooms are at the front of the house and share a third full bathroom. A further TV with PlayStation2 and games is provided in one of the rooms.
New for 2007 is a Games Room with Air Hockey and Foosball (Bar Football) tables.
The pool deck is south facing and therefore has many hours of sun. A solar pool blanket makes sure you get the most out of the pool heat in cooler months. The blanket is kept on a reel for easy use. There are quality chairs, recliners and loungers to ensure your comfort when relaxing. A pool fence is provided for the safety of young children when needed. As the pool looks over the lake, your privacy is guaranteed.
