Our Beautiful 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroomed Villa is ideal for 2 families to share together. Children love our 3 themed bedrooms. We have now also recently installed FREE HI SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET & FREE national & international calls. Well equipped with everything you are likely to need from toasters to toys, and perfectly located whether you are touring the theme parks or just want a lazy day in by the pool.

The Villa boasts an amazing amount of open plan living space. Our Villa is furnished to a very high standard and all the rooms are airy and spacious and we have a strict NO SMOKING POLICY for the VILLA .
The total sq footage of our Villa is 2308.
As you enter our Villa you will notice immediately how spacious the ground floor is with the Lounge area, family room with 32’’ TV, dvd player and films for all ages also a HI FI with CD’s for easy listening , the dinning suite seats 8 comfortably and a well equipped kitchen are all open plan.
A child’s high chair, cot, crib, play pen, baby walker, safety gate are provided for our smaller guests
The ground floor also has a cloak room.
The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance dish washer, coffee maker, ice machine & toaster and the laundry room is just next door complete with full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, plus iron and ironing board. Off the laundry area is the Games room with a pool table, air hockey and magnetic darts board + various games and Disney books.
The first floor consists of 4 large bedrooms, with the master bedroom being of generous proportion and an en-suite with separate Tub and shower and the 3 remaining bedrooms comfortably accommodating twin beds.
The master bedroom with cable TV is extremely large and accommodates a futon so if a younger guest wishes to sleep with Mummy & Daddy this can be easily arranged. A cot/crib is provided for our very small guests. The master bedroom also has an en-suite with a separate tub and shower cubicle followed by a large walk in wardrobe.
The further 3 bedrooms have cable TV, 2 with DVD’s and are all of a good size and fitted out as twin rooms. One of our bedrooms is themed as a Mickey & Minnie room.
The family bathroom has a tub with shower and is themed with NEMO characters
Outside we have a 14' x 28' south west facing screened pool which is Solar heated set at 86 degrees and has optical lighting for nights in by the pool. It can be heated during the winter months if required for an extra weekly charge. Patio furniture is provided with ample seating /sun loungers all.

Orlando International Airport - 30/40 minutes
Sanford - 1 hour

10/15 minutes to Disney and conveniently positioned for visiting Orlando’s many other attractions.
