Our Luxury air-conditioned villa is just of the highway 192 west of Disney only minutes away from Disney World. Situated on Lindfields which is a quiet residential area, surrounded by beautiful lakes and woodlands, combine this with its quiet surroundings and beautiful landscape, it makes a relaxing place to take your holiday.

Lindfields is only 4 miles from Disney World and well positioned for Magic Kingdom, Epcot , MGM and all Disney Theme Parks. The Interstate 4 is only minutes away which is the main road to all the major attractions and airports. Many restaurants, supermarkets and shops less than one mile away.

For the golfers Orange Lake is opposite the entrance to Lindfields. Close by there are two championship golf courses Panther Lake and Crooked Cat at the Orange County National Golf Course.

On entering our villa you walk into a large open plan living area with vaulted ceilings two leather sofas, Cable TV, DVD Player, Play Station and games. Patio doors leading out to the pool area. The open lay out consists of dining area with table and chairs leading into a fully equipped Kitchen.

There is a second Lounge with no television in which is ideal for a quiet read or a sociable chat with a glass of wine or cold beer or two. The sofa pulls down into a double bed.

There is a second Dining Room with table and six chairs.

There is a selection of books, games, DVDs, CDs and videos which are free for you to enjoy during your stay.

Master Bedroom with King sized bed, cable TV, video and large walk in wardrobe. Ensuite bathroom has two wash basins, Roman Tub, Large walk in shower, toilet and door leading to pool area.

Bedrooms One and Two are both twin bedded rooms with large built in wardrobes and small chest of drawers.

Bedroom Three has a Queen sized bed with large built in wardrobe and 2 small chest of drawers. All bedrooms and open living area have ceiling fans.

Bathroom has two wash basins, bath with shower, toilet and door leading to pool area.

Plenty of bed linen, towels and hairdryers provided.

Laundry Room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The Pool is fully screened and South Facing it has a large lanai with ceiling fan which is ideal for those that require that bit of shade.
There is also Table chairs and sun lounges

Disney World is approx 4 miles away.
Orlando airport is about 25 minutes and Sanford about 1 hour away.
Highway 27 is near by where you can drive to the Gulf Coast and its many glorious beaches.
