The Villa has 2 master bedrooms, 1 en-suite with king size bed, television, telephone and overlooks the pool, 1 queen size bed also en-suite with television, bedroom 3 has a queen size bed with television, and there are 2 twin bedded rooms, one overlooking the pool. The 3rd bathroom has the added bonus of leading directly to the pool/lanai area. The lounge has ample sofas to relax on, televison, DVD, CD player, and a Play Station 2 for our younger guests. The lounge has direct access via patio doors to the lanai/pool area. The dining area has a formal table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen also has a further table, chairs and bar stools. Laundry need not be a problem as we have a washer, drier and ironing facilities. There is a games room with 7 ft. pool table, table tennis, air hockey and electronic darts, with a sofa to relax on whilst watching the more energetic members of the family play. All linen and towels are provided, there are hairdryers in each bathroom, a cot and highchair are provided free of charge and there is also free use of the electronic digital safe. The Management Company are on call 24 hours a day. The set up of the Villa is ideal for 2 families.
The lanai area of the pool has a ceiling fan, table, cushioned chairs and sun loungers. The superb 30' x 15' fully screened pool has a child safety screen which can be removed when not required. The pool overlooks wooded conservation views to the rear and can be heated at an additional charge if required. |
