Loma Vista is close enough to all the attractions and other entertainments, but far enough away for you to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Our Villa is situated only a few minutes drive from Champions Gate exit 58 on the main interstate I.4. This is a new complex incorporating two golf courses designed by Greg Norman. There is also a large Publix supermarket, restaurants and takeaways plus many more features.

The lively 192 bursting with restaurants, entertainments and all the shopping outlets for those designer labels is just a short drive away.

All the Disney Theme Parks are a comfortable 20 mins drive.
Sea World/Discovery Cove - Universal and Islands of Adventure is also a 30 mins drive.

Tampa/Busch Gardens - Cape Canaveral - Kennedy Space Centre and the beautiful beaches along the Golf Coast are about 1 hrs drive.

Orlando Int'l airport is 30mins drive and Sanford is about 45mins.

Taking a villa in Florida is the perfect way to get the most out of the attractions, while still enjoying a relaxing holiday especially if you have a young family. For the duration of your stay our villa will be home from home.
Enjoy the space to spread out and relax in privacy of your own screened south facing pool. The pool is bathed in sunshine all day long with a large shaded porch area. Also there is plenty of out door furniture for you to relax and enjoy same alfresco dining.

Our villa comprises of a master bedroom/en-suite with a walk in wardrobe, also there is a DVD Cable T.V. This master bedroom is separated from the villas 3 other bedrooms comprising of 1 double and 2 twins, these rooms also have portable T.V with DVD player.

The dining area, fully fitted kitchen and large lounge are all open plan. The lounge area has a variety of entertainment amenties comprising of the following cable T.V - DVD AND HI FI System.

There is a telephone which can be used with a credit card if you need to call home for any reason. All local calls are free and Int'l calls are very reasonabley priced. Instructions for making Int'l calls are mounted above the phone.

There is also a fully equipt utility area in the garage.
