Tuscan Hills is South West of Walt Disney World on the US27.The interstae 4 can easily be reached and provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (60 minutes)and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the airports (Orlando airport 30 minutes, Sandford airport 60 minutes). You will be within minutes of all essential amenities including a bank, petrol station, publix supermarket, SuperWallmart and a variety of shops, diners bars and restauraunts.
On site facilities include a mediterranean style club house with gym, tennis court, volleyball cout and childrens play area.
There is also a fantastic restaurant and bar on site due to open in late 2007, which serves both lunch and dinner, ideal if you dont want to journey too far from the pool or you have had a busy day at the theme parks.

With over 2,106 sq ft of living space our 2 storey home is much larger than the standard Orlando rental villa, and would be ideal for a large family or 2 smaller families sharing. The villa is made of 5 large bedrooms (2 queen master suites and 3 twin beds), 3.5 bathrooms (2 ensuite, 1 family bathroom and a downstairs toilet),a 26x13 ft private pool with attached spa, an extended pool deck and covered lania, a games room (with a pool table, air hockey and darts board), a dining room, a large living room overlooking the pool area, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, air conditioning and heating throughout. Cable TV, Games console and a DVD player is also available.All bedrooms have a TV with the twin featuring a TV/DVD combi.

Walt Disney World can be reached in just 12 minutes and the majority of the main attractions such as, Universal, Sea World and international drive with its numerous attractions can be reached in around 30 minutes.There are several quality golf courses just minutes away by car which cater for every level of golfer including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and Champions gate, plus over 20 more within a 20 mile radius.
If you prefer a little retail therapy instead, Orlando is home to a number of malls and retail outlets including Mall at Millenia, Osceola Square Mall, Belz Factory Outlet Centre,Downtown Disney Marketplace,Church Street Exchange, Market Street at Celebration, West Oaks Mall and Orlando Fashion Square Mall. Our villa is the perect location for you to take advantage and enjoy all that Orlando has to offer!
