The Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is a gated community with 24 hour security controlled access. The golf course is rated in the top 5 courses in Florida and within the top 50 for the USA and is right on your doorstep! There are also over 20 other golf courses within a 15 minutes drive.
The gates of Disney World are 15 minutes away and there are many other theme parks, shopping malls and outlet stores within easy reach.
The club house is a few minutes stroll away and includes a bar and excellent (reasonable priced) restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch every day of the week. Just outside the gated entrance is a 24hr Wal-Mart Superstore which offers a huge range of food and other goods and is within a 10 minute walk from the villa or a 2 minute drive. In the same area you will find other supermarkets, a chemist, a range of other shops, banks, restaurants and many fast food outlets. Conveniently positioned on the US27 close to the I4 all the parks are within very easy reach and you can get to either the Gulf coast beaches or the Atlantic beaches comfortably within an hour. Within 20 minutes you can get to International Drive, Shopping Malls with factory outlets and JC Penny, Sears, Home Depot, etc. Whatever holiday activities you prefer this villa is likely to put you in the right place to enjoy them.

Our villa is air conditioned throughout. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, TV and telephone and overlooks the pool. Bedroom two has a double bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have ample storage space

The lounge is very spacious, with two very comfortable sofas, telephone, TV, Playstation 2/DVD for your family's entertainment. The dining area overlooks the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has all you need for eating in. Iron and ironing board are also provided. The washing machine and the dryer are located in the garage to provide minimum disturbance during your stay.

You can have a dip in our heated swimming pool and let your children play with their beach balls and lilos. Better still just relax at the patio and enjoy the splendid and relaxing view of the fairway, as there is no wall, or villa behind us, to obstruct your view.
