Tuscan Hills is a gated community located on the US 27, just one and a half miles south of the US 192, making it the ideal location for the theme parks (Disney World 15 Minutes, Universal Studios 30 Minutes).
Located just half a mile from Tuscan Hills you'll find a major chain supermarket, while within just a couple of miles are all the essential amenities you will need during your stay including a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, bank, petrol station and a Super Wal-Mart. The ever-popular International Drive with its numerous restaurants and shops is a leisurely 30-minute drive away.

Minnie's mansion is a luxurious, 2 story villa offering all the amenities, that you will require, to have an excellent and relaxing stay. The villa has two separate seating areas, the Family room and the Loft. All rooms in the villa are furnished to a luxurious standard.

The Family room is located on the ground floor. The spacious loft is located upstairs and is the ideal hangout for the children with its PS2 and TV. A queen-sized sofa bed is available, should extra sleeping space be required.

The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the modern conveniences you will need, including a cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.

Should you wish to do any laundry, we have a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. All bed linen and towels are provided for your needs.

The villa has two dining areas for your use, the Dining room and the Breakfast Nook.

The villa contains six large bedrooms, allowing up to 12 guests to sleep comfortably. All the bedrooms are air conditioned, ensuring you a comfortable and relaxing nights sleep.

Our villa has its own private South facing, fully screened large 30 by 15 foot pool and raised spa. The pool is surrounded by a large extended deck area that includes, a covered Lanai with ceiling fan.

A cot, highchair, stroller and baby intercoms, are provided for the most important members of your party.

A computer terminal, with Internet access, is available for use during your stay. Ideal for online banking, travel information, theme park information and also getting the latest United Kingdom news and sports results.

There is a games room, which is equipped with a full size pool table, air hockey table. Board Games, Books, CD Player, Pool Toys, DVD Library, DVD Player, Cable TV, Telephone, TV's, PS2 player, games and tennis rackets (ideal for using at the onsite courts) are also provided.
