The extra-large deck faces both south & west, so you can enjoy maximum sun AND the spectacular Florida sunsets.

The flexible bedroom layout provides 3 en-suite bedrooms for up to 6 guests, or a different combination for parties up to 10 - making it ideal for couples or families sharing.

'Sandpipers' is much bigger than most 5 bedroom rental homes, with 3000 sq ft of living space - so however large your party is, you'll never feel cramped, as there is ample room to spread out & be comfortable.

INSIDE Entry to 'Sandpipers' is by a coded electronic key lock, so there's no hassle going elsewhere first to collect keys. You walk in to the lovely Living Room, with sofa, love seat & chaise. There is a professional slate bed Pool Table at the rear of the Living Room. The open plan rear of the house overlooks the pool & deck & includes a large well-equipped Kitchen with gas hob & oven, a Dining Area, & huge Family Room with digital cable TV with HBO. The TV screen is 56ins! There is also a CD and DVD player. There is a Powder Room, plus a Utility Room with large washer & separate dryer, & access to the garage.

Unlike some Florida vacation homes, the double garage with automatic door opener is available for your use - so you don't have to put up with a boiling hot car each morning! All 5 Bedrooms are upstairs, with the flexible layout providing 3 ensuite bathrooms for up to 6 guests, or at least one en-suite for parties up to 10. 'Sandpipers' is fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms & living rooms for your extra comfort.

OUTSIDE The fabulous 30 x 15 ft pool & in-ground jetted Spa have a spectacular background of trees & tropical planting. Unusually, the Spa is gas heated which means that even when the temperatures really drop (which is possible in the winter months), you will ALWAYS have the Spa heated quickly to 101 degrees. Pool/Spa Heating is optional May-September. The very private, extra-large south and west facing deck gives you the benefit of enjoying maximum sun AND the spectacular Florida sunsets. Screening and planting ensure privacy. Garden lighting creates a special ambience if you are enjoying the deck area at night. If you need to escape the sun’s rays during the day, the large lanai provides plenty of cover & has a ceiling fan for extra cooling. This is a fabulous place to enjoy an al fresco lunch or dinner & there is more than enough luxury padded pool furniture for everyone to be comfortable out on the deck.

As you enjoy the far-reaching views over the Wetlands, you will feel a million miles away from the hustle & bustle of the theme parks and shopping malls. An abundance of wildlife may be spotted! (we even provide binoculars and a book on Florida wildlife so you can identify them).

DisneyWorld is just 10-15 minutes away, using a useful shortcut we'll tell you about. Shops (inc. a Wal-Mart Superstore), restaurants, gas station & pharmacy are all within a few minutes drive, as of course are many Golf Courses. Other Theme Parks and attractions, including Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet'n'Wild, and the huge shopping malls, may be reached within a 20-30 drive. Weston Hills is a mile or two from the beautiful Lake Louisa State Park, with its own beach, nature trails & fishing.
