Westridge Palms is in the beautiful estate of Westridge, near Davenport. The house is 12 minutes from Disney but is in a quiet area so you can have fun AND get away from it when you want.

Just off the 27, within a few minutes of the 192 (the road where Disney, and loads of attractions and restaurants are on) and I4 (which gives direct access to the Gulf cost and the beaches of Clearwater / St Petes and Tampa, Westridge Palms is near to everything.

With many restaurants within a few minutes drive including Applebees, Indian, Chinese, Pizza and Japanese and a Publix supermarket, banks and many other stores within a couple of minutes drive, a 24 hour Walmart 7 minutes away through to hundreds of restaurants and attractions within a few minutes more drive, Westridge Palms is ideally located for your vacation in the Orlando area. Spend days at Disney, Universal, wet and Wild through to Cape Canaveral, Daytona Beach, Tampa and St Petersberg all within a short drive of the house.

The house is within a few minutes of many great golf courses with no membership required.

Westridge Palms is a beatiful 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom single storey house with a large heated pool and spa and a fully stocked games room.

The house has two living areas - a formal one for the evening and a family one with a DVD home theatre system and a large wide screen TV. The Family room also has Direct TV Satellite TV (which is also separate from the bedrooms so 6 different channels can be watched!!!)

The bedrooms all have a 20 inch TV and DVD and individual Satellite receiver (so everyone can watch what they like).The princess bedroom has a smaller Princess themed TV and DVD (with the obligatory satellite TV).

The large master bedroom has patio doors straight to the pool area and has a large closet. a 27 inch flat screen TV is connected to Direct TV Satellite and DVD. A large en-suite is attached to the master bedroom which features a double walk in shower with both a head jet and body spray, twin sinks, a large oval bathtub. This is a large ensuite!

The second bedroom has a double bed and good sized closet.

There are 3 kids twin bedded rooms each themed with cartoon characters - one is ICE AGE themed, one is SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS themed and the third is the girls bedroom with Princess and Bratz themes. All bedrooms have good sized closets (two of them have two each for all kids clothes!) Two of the twin bedrooms have a bathroom with dolphin themes between them allowing for privacy in the night (and a nightlight for the kids).

There is a third family bathroom with walk in shower and access door to the pool area - so you can come into the house and dry off or shower easily with frog themes and again a nightlight.

The family room has a large sofa bed as well as an other sofa, large screen TV, DVD home theatre system. The family room also has a collection of fiction books, DVDs, Video tapes and music CDs for your entertainment whilst at our house. The family room also has a breakfast table and chairs in an alcove overlooking the pool area.

The kitchen is large and fully appointed. It has a centre island with sink, dishwasher, garberator. THe kitchen has an oven, hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, grill, blender, microwave, kettle (both electric and on hob), electric can opener etc etc. The kitchen is fully supplied with all cutlery, knives, utensils, dishes and also plastic cups for the pool area. All you need is the food!

Off the kitchen is the utility room where we have a washer and dryer plus the iron and ironing board.

The Games room has a high quality pool table, Full size Ice Hockey table and game consoles (Gamecube and Playstation2) supplied with many games plus TV and VCR. If it's wet and the adults want to relax the kids will spend their day enjoying themselves between swims in here!

Outside we have a good sized heated (heating is optional) pool with a spa. The deck has a large sized covered lanai and has chairs, table and loungers for resting etc. The entire pool area is netted allowing for insect free days and nights.

ALL patio doors (3 large ones) have special security systems ensuring that if a child opens them you will know immediately due to the loud piercing alarm. Adults can override this but only for 15 seconds allowing for security and worry free times for the parents, especially of young kids.

We supply all you will need for a great vacation except your suntan cream, bathing suit, food and walking shoes!! Seriously the house is fully stocked with all linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels though) that you will need.

The house is professionally cleaned and prepared before each rental so you can be assured of a worry free vacation.

2 families can holiday here in comfort without feeling under each others toes. The way the house is laid out allows for separation if desired. With the sofa bed 12 people can sleep in comfort.
