Our beautiful family owned villa is situated on one of the most sought after yet peaceful communities. Chatham Park.

Chatham Park also boast's it's own on-site security patrol, children's play area, tennis courts, basket ball courts and a community pool. We also have a large lake with a central fountain. There is an abundance of wild life there too including ducks you can feed and turtles to watch basking in the sun.

We have our own partially fenced, private, screen-enclosed, heated pool.
All phone calls are free from our villa including local, national and international phone calls.
We also have a computer with highspeed broadband internet access with wireless connection.< We also have a games room with Air-Hockey and football tables and a darts board with soft-tip darts for safety.
We also have plenty of board games for a range of age groups.

Our villa is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A real home away from home.

Disney World is just 10 - 15 mintues drive away.
Sea World is only 20 minutes away
Universal and Islands of adventure are 25 minutes away.
The 192, which is packed with many shopping plaza's, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, flea markets and crazy golf parks, and alll just 3 minutes drive from our villa.
You will also find Old Town just 10 minutes drive away where you will find a childrens fun fair and many more traditional Florida gift shops.
There is also a Rodeo ride and daring sky diving rides too.
