Our luxury 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom single story villa is located on the western edge of Highlands Reserve Golf Course and has the added bonus of backing onto a conservation area,the extended pool deck has four sun loungers and a table and chairs and because of its position benefits from the sun all day and is not overlooked, there is also a covered area with a ceiling fan which enables you to sit round the pool whatever the weather enjoying the beautiful surroundings and wildlife in privacy.There is also the possiblity of booking either of the houses next door to us, one house is a five bedroom and the other a four bedroom so if their is a large group of you travelling all three houses will sleep in total 28 people. As we have four children of our own the house is very child friendly, we have a gamesroom with a pool table and air hockey table there is a playstation 2 with games, a selection of videos, dvds, board games, tennis rackets and pool toys.

Our Villa is looked after by a local management company who actually live on Highlands Reserve.

Highlands Reserve is situated on Hwy 27 just 12 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. There is a very well stocked supermarket and pizza restaurant within walking distance from the villa and
the 192 is only a short drive away with a great choice of shops, restaurants and entertainment. There is a large community swimming pool, tennis court and childrens play area. Highlands Reserve Golf Course is a par 72 championship course with 120ft elevations. The club offers practice facilities, golf shop and snack bar.

The Villa has a large open plan living area there are two sofas, armchair,cable television, dvd/vcr and music system and in the dining area there is a table which will comfortably seat eight people.
The Luxury kitchen is equipped with an american fridge freezer(with ice-maker), oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher, there is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer in the Laundry area.
The Master bedroom has an american kingsize bed and opens out onto the pool deck. The ensuite bathroom has a hairdryer (and yes ladies it is a good one!)The walk in wardrobe has plenty of storage .There is also a television/dvd player in this bedroom.

The second double bedroom is next door to the main bathroom.
The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are twin rooms both of these have tv/dvd's and bedroom 3 has a playstation 2 (with games).

All the bedrooms have double wardrobes with plenty of hanging space, and alarm clocks (so you won't oversleep and miss the opening of those wonderful theme parks).

All towels, including pool towels and linen are provided.

The pool deck is fully screened and has
a child safety fence which can be easily removed. The pool can be heated at an extra charge of £80/$140 per week.
