Our Villa is located just off US27 near Davenport. Driving time to Orlando International Airport is an easy 40 minutes, and the Disney theme parks can be reached in 20 minutes.

The exclusive Calabay Parc at Tower Lake gated community is close to various amenities including a large Walmart, Blockbuster, Walgreens Pharmacy and Southern Dunes Golf Club all within 5 minutes drive. The villa backs onto a public green area, and is coveniently close to the gated entrance and lakeside.

The Villa is a spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home featuring a private Pool/Spa with extended deck area and upgraded poolside furniture. Internally the villa is fully equipped and air conditioned and benefits from a complete range of domestic appliances. All linen is provided including beach/pool towels. There is ample storage space in the bedrooms which all have walk-in closets. There are cable TVs in all rooms (6 in total), and a Sony PS2 in the Den which also has a sleeper sofa. The TV in the family room is augmented by a DVD player. The two master bedrooms have king size beds, en-suite bath/shower rooms and doors opening onto the pool area. The third & fourth bedrooms have twin beds, 19" Mickey Mouse TVs and share the third bathroom. There is a dining table to seat 6 plus bar stools at the breakfast bar.
Externally the pool and spa features underwater lighting for evening swims. There is upgraded poolside furniture for your comfort and a removable safety fence for small children.
