Our gorgeous home is tastefully and stylishly furnished and sleeps up to 8 comfortably.

Your luxury detached villa is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. ALL FURNITURE, BEDS AND DECOR NEW FOR 2007. Fast broadband and digital channels including soccer, music etc. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned and rooms have ceiling fans. All floors are fully tiled and bedrooms have new carpets. Colour televisions connected to the cable/digital network are provided in the living room and master bedroom. The spacious living room area has a plush, comfortable couch and a large sofa bed which can be converted into an additional double bed if required. The brand new kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. Self catering is easily provided for in this home from home with large kitchen including- a full size oven and hob,microwave, large fridge/freezer with icemaker,dishwasher, waste disposal,coffee maker,toaster, kettle and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and house wares.
There is a separate laundry room with washer and drier for your convenience. The spacious dining area with table and chairs has ample seating for 8 people and gives access to the private, fully screened and heated pool. Comfortable pool-side furniture is provided for al fresco dining, and sunbathing. Surrounding the villa are lovely landscaped gardens with beautiful tropical plants which give more privacy around the pool area. Perfect for relaxing in after a long day at the parks !

The master bedroom has a king size bed, television, walk-in closet and en-suite facility providing a large shower, toilet and sink.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fully enclosed closet facilities. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are served by the second bathroom, with shower, bath and sink provisions. We also have a safety deposit security box.
If you have a toddler then please feel free to use our stroller, highchair and gate . Our villa is wheelchair friendly.

Orlando International airport is an easy 20 min drive away, Sanford airport is approx 45 mins drive whilst Tampa is approx 60 mins.
Interstate 4’ (I4), which runs right across Florida from east to west, is just 10 minutes away, while the "Florida Turnpike", (US1), which runs from the Florida Keys up the east coast of America, is only 15 minutes away. No problem exploring then!


Our villa is less than 10 minutes to Disney enabling you to make the most of your day by relaxing by the pool in the afternoon and revisiting the theme parks for the fireworks and nightly attractions.
