The prestigious gated resort of Lake Berkley is set around 3 sparkling stocked fishing lakes and was completed in 2002. You’ll find it just a 2 minute drive south of Hwy 192, behind Medieval Times and a 24 hour Wal*Mart Supermarket. It is ideally situated to all the theme and water parks. Being so close to the 192 you will find unlimited dining and entertainment attractions that have become synonymous with this highway.

Lake Berkley offers an oasis of serenity and is the perfect place to embark on your enchanted journey of what Central Florida has to offer. Southview lies in a quiet secluded enclave of luxurious private executive houses surrounded by lakes and wooded areas. Once unpacked how about exploring what Lake Berkley Resort has to offer with its abundance of free recreational facilities. Depending on how active you want to be there are a host of activities at your disposal, there are tennis, volley ball and basketball courts, 2 playgrounds, a nature and jogging trail, 2 communal pools, one will suit all ages however a small fee is involved, the other is excellent for serious swimmers if they choose to swim lengths, a spa, gazebo, a fishing pier, BBQ area and small beach all within a beautiful and idyllic setting. Both cluhouses are within the resort, a short stroll from the house and adjacent to the Lake Berkley community is the Hapimag Clubhouse which has a bar serving beer, wine and soft drinks where you’ll be able to enjoy seasonal entertainment. The second clubhouse is located just as you come through the gates and has a newly equipped gym/fitness room, arcade games, pool tables and access to a computer room.

Our two storey fully air conditioned lakeside home comprises of five generous sized bedrooms. Time and effort has been spent giving our home the attention to detail the disconcerting guests expects. We are delighted to have created a quality environment for all our guests to enjoy. Regular personal visits by us, ensures that out home remains immaculate for ourselves and our guests. It is exquisitely furnished and comprehensively equipped and we are confident Southview will exceed all your expectations of what a vacational rental home can and should offer. The open-plan aspect of our home, and the professionally tinted windows keeps out most of the Floridian heat without obscuring the wonderful views of the private pool and lake beyond.

We feel that privacy on the deck and in the pool, is of paramount importance and to facilitate this we have installed privacy fencing on either side to the rear of the property, without compromising the view beyond. The Lanai; a covered seating area, with its own ceiling fan, is accessible from the kitchen/diner and allows you to sit out at all times of the day or night and enjoy the beautiful south-facing waterfront aspect. Here you can relax and unwind and soak up the atmosphere whilst eating breakfast or perhaps sipping your evening cocktails and appreciating the idyllic surroundings, we even provide a deluxe gas barbecue grill for alfresco dining and those fun evenings in.

Family Room
The spacious family room has an open-plan aspect so is light and spacious owing to its cathedral size ceiling; it has three sumptuous soft leather sofas, side tables and a central coffee table. For your enjoyment we have provided a home entertainments system, which includes an LCD HDTV digital cable channels with home cinema theatre sound complete with DVD/CD. We are pleased to provide a selection of films and books for your use whilst staying at Southview.

Games Room
On entering the house you will find the games room on your right. This room is home to a full-size slate bed pool table, foosball table, cable TV, PS2, DVD/Video combi, selection of board games and on-site sports equipment. It has two large leather sofas just made for lounging in front of the TV and the room is decorated with an eclectic mix of pool room memorabilia and all things USA!!

Formal Dining Area.
On the left of the central hallway is the elegant formal dining room which has seating for six. Our exquisite glass top dining table with its ornate wrought ironwork is adorned with china, glassware and linens allowing guests an opportunity to enjoy a more formal dining environment with an ambience of elegance if they so wish; it truly provides a gentle wind down after a hectic day.

The Lemon and Pastel Blue Twin Bedroom
Downstairs is a twin bedded room with two single beds,wall-mounted flat screen remote controlled TV/DVD, table lamp and a large closet which houses another small chest. The white wooden headboards enhance the lemon and blue bedding and the matching bachelor chest completes the room.

Utility Room
Between the shower room and the games room is the utility room with a full capacity washer and a separate washer. We also provide an iron, ironing board, laundry basket and clothes horse for those delicate items which shouldn’t be dried in the tumble dryer.

Downstairs shower room
Adjacent to the games room is the shower room, with a shower cubicle, vanity unit and WC.

Kitchen and Nook
Our kitchen has plenty of cupboards, ample counter top, and every conceivable utensil and caters for all your culinary needs. There is an abundance of crockery, glassware pots and pans for when you want to stay in and dine. There is a fridge/freezer with ice maker, self-cleaning cooking range, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal, blender, juicer, coffee maker, kettle, even a teapot for those who enjoy a cup of tea in the morning. Guests who wish to prepare a culinary feast or just a simple buffet lunch will find all is catered for. The nook has a large wooden table with six chairs to enable you to enjoy your breakfast whilst enjoying the views of the lake and pool out of the patio doors.

Pool
As you enter the fully screened pool-deck area you’ll find the lanai which provides welcome shade from the hot Floridian sun. Our genuine south-facing pool and spa back onto the middle lake which is a haven for local wildlife. Our pool now has a "Colour Splash" multi-coloured pool light offering a variety of lighting effects transforming our pool at night into a colour-rich paradise. It truly is a serene place to wile away the time when rest and relaxation is the order of the day. We provide four padded sun-lougers and eight padded chairs, two large tables to dine at, plus small tables to place your books, drinks or sun creams. Fencing is on both sides of the pool-deck ensuring total privacy.

Master Bedroom Suite
The rich vibrant colours of gold and brown embellish our huge master bedroom creating a sanctuary where you can relax body and soul. This heavenly room is situated downstairs and has a sumptuous Kings-size bed (6ft wide), where you can sink into the soft furnishings and enjoy the luxurious feel of the silky satin sheets. To complete the ambience of the room, a chair, lamps and wall-mounted prints and artworks adorn the walls. With its large dressing table and cabinets there is more than enough drawer space. You'll find a cable TV and video player in the corner of the room on a swivel cabinet thus allowing viewing from any vantage point.

En-suite
The spacious and private en-suite consists of a oval shaped Roman bath tub, where you can soak away your aching limbs, separate shower cubicle, WC and vanity unit here you can pamper yourself to perfection. There is a large walk-in closet which houses a complimentary portable crib, highchair, stroller and a SAFE attached to the floor.

Upstairs off the central landing are three bedrooms and the family bathroom.

The Vibrant Claret Master Bedroom
To the left of the landing is a master bedroom with a magnificent 6 ft wide King-size bed with its abundance of soft furnishings and rich claret, green, lilac, purple and blue bedding ,create a room of opulence and romance which will appeal to the romantic in you. It too has a TV, large wardrobe/closet, dressing table, two bedside cabinets ensuring more than enough drawer for two. It is next door to the family bathroom.

The Family Bathroom
The family bathroom has a large bath tub with an overhead shower, WC and vanity unit.

The Pink,Lilac and green Twin Bedroom
With its soft pastel coloured bedding, wicker headboards, dressing table and bedside cabinet it provides a haven of tranquillity. It has two single beds, a wall mounted flat screen remote controlled LCD TV/DVD, large wardrobe/closet, bedside table and two large lamps.

The Disney Themed Bedroom.
This room has two single beds, a wall mounted flat screen remote controlled LCD TV/DVD and is based on a Disney theme. White wooden headboards and bachelor chest compliment the bedding. Mickey’s hat, Pinocchio and a parachuting clown magically hang from the ceiling. Disney border and prints adorn the walls.

All the main rooms and bedrooms have their own ceiling fan.
