Wild life is everywhere, from Turtles to Eagles, Osprey, Spoonbills andHerons.
Racoons,rare siteings of the Florida panther, and waters teeming with a whole range of game fish are the norm.
Dolphins who often swim by whilst you have breakfast on the pool deck anounce their presence with their snorts as they suface. They often appear in twos and create havoc as they chase and hunt other fish.

This fully air conditioned waterside villa is sited with south exposure to its pool for your maximum enjoyment of the sun, you will live out here. The views of the waterway are particularly relaxing and of course you can fish from your own private dock. The river and open water are just half a minute away by boat. Boats can be hired locally.
The villa is the owners own holiday residence, and as such is equipped with everything that you may need.Thereis a queen bedroom with ensuite,and atwin single with its adjacent house bathroom.The pool is heated by both Solar and Heat exchanger, but most of the time the water is like a hot bath and the heaters are not required.
There are ceiling fans in every room, and sliding doors lead out onto a shaded covered Lanai and the pool deck which is fully screened against insects.
Ample loungers, comfortable chairs, tables and umbrella, ensure your comfort by the pool.
The Barbecue provides the means for grilling the evening meal[maybe those fish that you caught?]
