Pooh’s Paradise Villa is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home, perfectly placed in the fabulous new gated community of the Hamlet at West Haven, nestled in the orange groves of Davenport. The home is perfect for families of up to 8 guests to stay.

Less than 2 miles from Interstate 4, the luxury air-conditioned villa is within 15 minutes of Disneyworld and minutes from the golf courses of Champions Gate complex (designed by Greg Norman).

Living Area
Spacious family room with views and access to the pool area. Sumptuous leather sofas, cable TV, multiregion DVD player, VCR, portable CD player and playstation 2.
Telephone with free local and international calls. Free high speed internet access available but you need to bring a laptop with you!.

Pool Area
The family room opens out to the shaded lanai, and leads to the sun-drenched south-east facing deck and pool area (sun all day). The screened pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and alarms. There is a selection of luxury sunbeds and additional table and chairs to make your relaxation time more comfortable. The pool has electric heating available for when that outside temperature cools down.

Bedrooms
Sleeping accommodation at Pooh’s Paradise Villa comprises four fully furnished bedrooms, all with cable TV, DVD players and ceiling fans.
A master bedroom with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom with large shower, oval bath, twin basins, toilet and massive walk in wardrobe.
Second master bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom which is also accessible direct from the pool area.
There are two further twin bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds, which share the third bathroom.
One of these twin bedrooms is Winnie the Pooh themed.
All bed linen and towels (including beach towels) are included with the villa.

Kitchen
The kitchen has been fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, all utensils and other gadgets and has a breakfast bar with stools.
An extra large washing machine and dryer are situated in a separate laundry room.

Dining
There are two dining areas - a large dining table with 6 chairs and a four seater table in the nook.

The double garage has space for two full size cars.

The villa is alarmed and monitored for your added protection.

Champions Gate golf course is good but very expensive (about 130 dollars a round). There is a course about 20 -25 minutes drive away, called Kissimmee Golf Club, which has coupons in most of the free booklets for golf at between 29 - 44 dollars, including golf cart and a free sleeve of balls. It's a very nice course in pretty good condition and excellent value.

Tennis courts and play areas within the community are free to use.
