There is also a playground for children and football goal posts, with social football matches on Sunday mornings located within the community. Just 5 minutes drive from your door, you will find a huge selection of restaurants including: Ponderosa, Denny's, TGI Fridays, Perkins, Red Lobster, Golden Corral, Shells, Outback and several good Italian restaurants and steak houses, plus excellent shopping and a 24 hour Wal*mart. Golfers can choose between 20 top class golf courses nearby.
Our small, gated community is safe and has little traffic unlike so many huge estates in Florida. Our site is both residential and rental and therefore has a deep sense of care and well being in the community. You will find it an ideal situation for a wonderful holiday, whether a family holiday with the children or a getaway from it by yourselves. The community is well landscaped, irrigated and maintained to the highest standards.

Sunwood is an awesome, 2-story villa situated in the tranquil gated community of Cumbrian Lakes. The villa has two identical master suites, each with his and hers walk-in closets and full bathroom. Each master bathroom has a separate walk-in shower and large bath plus a double vanity. Many villas advertise a second master suite and guests are disappointed on arrival to find that this is much smaller than the main suite. Two further twin rooms plus a sofa bed in one of the living areas give comfortable sleeping space for a maximum of 10 guests.
The pool deck is idyllic at any time of day or night and is totally private as the villa backs onto conservation area and is screened on both sides. There is a spa for winding down in after a hectic day at Disney and an oversized south facing sundeck for those wanting to work on their tan. For those guests who prefer the indoors we have a games room with pool table, foosball, darts and air hockey. The villa is fully equipped throughout to a very high standard. Equipment provided includes: large capacity washer and dryer, microwave, fridge/freeezer, toaster, kettle, music system, PS2 with games, DVD player with a selection of family movies, board games and last but not least 6 TVs!
All bed linen and towels are also provided and the gourmet kitchen is equipped to cater for 10 guests.
