Walt Disney World at 7 miles away, Universal Studios, Sea World, Discovery Cove is 30 minutes, Kennedy Space Centre an hour and a half will get you here and to Cocoa Beach which is on the Atlantic coast - good for watching the Cape to see if there is a launch.

On the West coast at St Petes or Clearwater there are some beautiful beaches these are around 80 miles away but well worth the drive especially if you go to Tampa.

Golf courses are everywhere with ChampionsGate and Reunion only 5 minutes around the corner.

Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport about 1 hour.
