Indian Ridge is one the closes communities to Disney world yet the Villa is only 2 1/2 minutes by car from the 192, The estate has its own Communal swimming pool , tennis Courts and Children’s playground which are free of charge for quests staying in our villa.
Indian Ridge is well laid out with lots of space between villas this is complemented by lots of trees and open grass areas just to add the feeling of the Florida countryside . There are lots of excellent golf courses right on the door step of Indian Ridge They include Reunion ,Mystic Dunes, Orange Lake and Champions Gate to name just a few

Our spacious fully furnished, four bedroom, two bathroom villa is located in the residential sub division of Indian Ridge just 4 miles southwest of the Walt Disney World Resort entrance.

The villa is air conditioned, carpeted and ceramic floor tiled to a very high standard with a family room/dining area, Games Room and dining room. There are ceiling fans in all rooms for your added comfort.

The south facing pool is solar heated and totally enclosed in mesh screening with poolside furniture and a covered patio area. Gas heating is available in the cooler months at a small charge There is a gas barbeque which is available for guests free of charge
The kitchen is comprehensively equipped including a fridge freezer with automatic icemaker The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen, towels, coat hangers and hair dryers are provided. .

Facilities include five televisions, vcr & cd player
Electricity, gas, water, twice weekly garbage collection, US Management Services and cleaning on departure are included. Local telephone calls are free.

Approx 10 mins to Disney (very easy to get to from our villa), 20 mins to Seaworld, 25 mins Universal, 45 miles to Coast and Kennedy Space Centre.
25 mins to Orlando Airport and 60 mins to Sanford.

With only a few minutes drive to the shops and restaurants on the very popular 192 it is ideally situated for convienence

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

entertainment :
The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

eating & living :
There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
