The villa is set in a new community called Somerset, which is within the Remington Golfing Community, and is currently one of the only communities within Remington that can be rented out to holiday-makers. All of the facilities within Remington are available to our guests including communial swimming pool, tennis courts, football pitch, fitness centre, sauna and children's play area.The villa is ideally located less than 1 mile from the US 192, which has a large selection of shops, restaurants and bars along its length. The town of St Cloud is within 3 miles. The villa is just a 20 minute drive from Orlando International airport and 16 minutes or 12 miles from Disney's main gate. There are many other attractions within easy reach and Melbourne and Cocoa beaches are within 60 minutes drive.

Welcome to our delux, brand new, 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom executive villa.We want you to feel relaxed and pampered on your vacation and we hope our 4000 sq. foot air-conditioned property will not disappoint you. There is something for the whole family to enjoy here. A high specification includes a Master Triple Suite with En-suite with marble sinks, 2 further Master Suites with En-Suite bathrooms and marble sinks, a very large Bedroom with two Queen-sized beds and two further bedrooms with two single beds in each. There is a further family bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The villa comfortably sleeps 14 people, without having to put people on a sofa bed. All of the bedrooms have Cable television and a DVD player. The accommodation downstairs is similarly large and includes a formal lounge, formal dining room, and a very large family room with 60” television with DVD and surround sound. There is an exceptionally large family-sized kitchen, which is fully equipped with an American style fridge-freezer with ice maker and cold water. There is also a microwave and cooker, should you feel the need to cook with all of the restaurants that are near by!!In addition to the above there is also a fully equipped air conditioned games room with a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Electronic Darts, a TV with a Sony Playstation 2, a settee and a further seating area and a beer/wine cooler. There are two sets of good quality golf clubs that are for the complimentary use of our guests, saving the $25 required to hire clubs at most courses. To the rear of the property there is an extra large South-West facing deck area that houses a 30 foot free-form swimming pool. The pool can be heated at extra cost, but this should only be required between October and April, dependant on the climate. There is plenty of space to lounge out and relax on the numerous chairs and loungers that are provided. There are umbrellas provided on the two tables for shade. There is also a toilet and basin within the pool area for your convenience.There is amply cutlery and crockery in the property for all of our guests, and a large number of various sized towels.We have a very reliable management company on hand should you have any problems. Our management company is owned by very close personal friends, who we have known for years.Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the villa.
