A Damage & Booking Deposit sent within 5 business days of booking is required to hold your dates.
*$200 is required for all stays of 14 nights or less.
*$400 is required for all stays longer than 14 nights.
*This amount is NOT applied toward the rent, but will be fully refunded after your stay assuming no damage or other charges as applicable.
A payment schedule is set up depending on arrival date, with full balance due 30 days prior to check-in.
