A Simply Stunning Villa - The Lake House is probably the best lot on Southern Dunes. Our villa has upgraded furnishings and is decorated in the "Florida" style.
The Lake House has fantastic views over a large lake and the screened pool deck faces fully south with the potential for sun from sunrise to sunset.

It is an open plan villa with a very large Lounge at the front leading through to the Kitchen into the Family Room at the back and out on to the Pool Deck and to those views.
All of the 4 Bedrooms also have Lake views - what a way to wake up in the morning!
We have also provided a fully fitted out Games Room with a full sized Pool Table, Electronic Darts, Table Football/Foozball, a comfortable Seating Area and Cable TV.
Master bed 1 has a King Sized Bed and an Ensuite Master bed 2 has a Queen Sized bed and an Ensuite. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds and share Bath3. Don't forget those views. There is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa.
In all there is Cable TV in 5 areas - so no arguments about who watches what and there is a DVD/CD player in the Family Room.
Wildlife Watching across the lake is something else - Whooping Cranes, Ducks, Soaring Eagles, Turtles basking on the reeds and great Butterfly colours. The evening chorus is great to add to your pool deck relaxation.
Southern Dunes Golf Club is a Championship course and the Country Club has a restaurant and 3 community pools and just a very short walk from The Lake House are Tennis Courts, Basketball, an Exercise Gym and a Fishing Jetty.

Patio Door Alarms have been fitted so you will always know when children have gone out on to the Pool Deck. The Pool area also has a safety fence. A safe has been installed for valuables. The interior of the Lake House is on one level so has reasonable wheelchair access. Golf Clubs can be hired from the owners at the villa - ask for details. GOLF INFORMATION - Situated just off Highway 27, Southern Dunes golf course was opened in 1993 and is rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest. It is listed in the 'Top 100 Modern Golf Courses to play in America' (at 51st) by Golf Week magazine, is in the 'Top 10 Golf Courses Built in the Last 10 years' by Links magazine and is ranked Number 6 in Florida in Golf Week's 'America's Best Courses You Can Play', March 2004 edition. The course offers players of all abilities the chance to play one of the most challenging and beautiful courses in Central Florida. It is over 7200 yards long and has become a favourite with both local and visiting golfers. There are five sets of tees to accommodate golfers of varying abilities. It features an elevation change of 100 feet, which is unusual for a Florida golf course, and it is beautifully maintained. There is a pro golf shop and impressive clubhouse and bar. In addition to Southern Dunes there are 30 other courses in the local area alone.
