A Simply Stunning Villa - The Lake House is probably the best lot on Southern Dunes.
Our villa was completed in June 2005 and has upgraded furnishings and is decorated in the "Florida" style.
The Lake House has fantastic views over a large lake and the screened pool deck faces fully south with the potential for sun from sunrise to sunset.

It is an open plan villa with a very large Lounge at the front leading through to the Kitchen into the Family Room at the back and out on to the Pool Deck and to those views.
All of the 4 Bedrooms also have Lake views - what a way to wake up in the morning!
We have also provided a fully fitted out Games Room with a full sized Pool Table, Electronic Darts, Table Football/Foozball, a comfortable Seating Area and Cable TV.
Master bed 1 has a King Sized Bed and an Ensuite
Master bed 2 has a Queen Sized bed and an Ensuite.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds and share Bath3.
Don't forget those views.
There is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa.
In all there is Cable TV in 5 areas - so no arguments about who watches what and there is a DVD/CD player in the Family Room.
Wildlife Watching across the lake is something else - Whooping Cranes, Ducks, Soaring Eagles, Turtles basking on the reeds and great Butterfly colours. The evening chorus is great to add to your pool deck relaxation.
Southern Dunes Golf Club is a Championship course and the Country Club has a restaurant and 3 community pools and just a very short walk from The Lake House are Tennis Courts, Basketball, an Exercise Gym and a Fishing Jetty. |
