IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: The Pensacola area including Pensacola Beach and our condominium complex suffered considerable damage from Hurricane Ivan in September 2004. Fortunately, everything has been reconstructed to fit a family's dream vacation. Including a brand new pool and a private beach front for villas on the Gulf guests.

PENSACOLA BEACH is on Santa rosa Island and is connected by a toll bridge to the town of Gulf Breeze. The city of Pensacola and a major airport is 30 minutes away. The condo is about a six-hour drive from the Atlanta area on mostly interstate highways. Pensacola Beach has several very good restaurants and shops, free concerts and a free trolley on weekends during summer. Fort Pickens, an historic site, is near by. Miles of beautiful, undeveloped, public access beaches are with in a five-minute drive. A bike path connects all major points and circles Santa Rosa Sound through Navarre, 13 Miles to the east. Pensacola, which is much larger, has more historic sites, restaurants and other attractions including the not-to-be-missed U.S. Naval Aviation Museum

VILLAS ON THE GULF condominium complex is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with its own beach, 3 miles east of the center of Pensacola Beach. All buildings are just two stories high. All units are on one floor. The complex has a pool and a coin operated laundry. It is about a 3 minute walk from the unit thru the beautifully landscaped grounds to the beach. A bike path many miles in length is accessible across the street. Lighted public tennis courts are within one mile.

The UNIT is on the first floor. Parking is readily available. There is a small deck with chairs. The unit has two bedrooms and one full bath, with a tub and shower combination and a half bath with toilet and sink. There is a kitchen, living, and dining area.

FURNISHINGS: There is a queen size bed and TV in one bedroom and a double bed in the other bedroom. There is a chest of drawers in both rooms and more than ample closet space. The sofa in the living area converts to a queen-size bed. The dining table seats six. There is a TV in the living area with basic cable channels, VCR, and DVD players. All linens, towels, and toilet paper are provided. There is a telephone, answering machine and clock radio. There are some beach chairs.

The KITCHEN has a full size electric stove and refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, and blender. Dishes and eating utensils for at least eight, ample glassware, basic cookware and dishcloths, and towels are provided.

RULES: Please no pets inside the unit.

Ten 18-hole golf courses are all within a 45-minute drive. The nearest course is 20 minutes away. Historic Fort Pickens has daily programs and tours. It is about a 15 minute drive, but may still be closed due to Hurricane Ivan. The very extensive U.S. Naval Aviation Museum has many actual aircraft displays, interactive programs and lectures.
