Thousand Oaks is a peaceful and secluded development, appropriately named as the homes are surrounded by beautiful woodland and located among a multitude of very old majestic oaks and pines. There are several man made and natural deep-water lakes, the largest of which is just over forty acres, teeming with fish and other aquatic wildlife. Fishing and wildlife watching are favourite pursuits on Thousand Oaks.

Our all year round rate of £425/$765 p/w is one of the lowest available - whilst not compromising on those luxury features that make guests return to our home.

Our spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, pool home sleeps up to 8 and is situated in a peaceful and secluded development surrounded by beautiful woodland yet only 15 mins south of Walt Disney World, 10 minutes from Highway 192 and just 2 and a half miles from Interstate 4.

We believe in trying to keep down the cost of a vacation, especially for families, and so have included many extras AT NO EXTRA COST including, brand new highchair, cot, booster seat, stroller and BBQ. For your convenience, we also have a selection of children's toys and pool toys.

The large rear garden is fully enclosed, ensuring the safety of younger children.Very competitive rates from $450 per week for snowbird rentals of 4+ weeks. Please contact for these and other late availability rates.

The rental charges are inclusive of Electricity (except pool heating), Water, Air-Conditioning & Heating, Local telephone calls, Cable Television, use of Swimming Pool, Refuse Collection, Local and State Taxes, Housekeeping/Cleaning - before and after your stay, Maintenance of the gardens plus Servicing / Cleaning / Maintenance of the Swimming Pool throughout your stay, use of Linens, Towels and all Furniture, Entertainment Equipment.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking of £100.00 per week. Pool Heat (if required) is an additional £75.00/$130 USD per week which is not usually required from April through to October. A security deposit of £100/$200 per week is required against breakages/damage, which is returned within 4 weeks of your departure, after a satisfactory inspection by the management company. All monies to be paid 10 weeks before departure.

If you cancel your booking:
If you, or any member of your party, wishes to cancel the whole or part of the booking once it has been confirmed, we must be informed in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply. Period prior to departure within which cancellation Notice is received Prior to 70 days = loss of deposit only Less than 70 days = total loss of rental cost (security deposit will be refunded)

Disney, Universal Studios and SeaWorld are all easily accessible with the bonus of not having to travel on the I4 or US27. Disney World is a 15-20 minute drive from the house using the quieter Old Lake Wilson Road as a quicker route. The house has a folder with all the main attractions + some that are less well-known such as Cypress Gardens which is worth a visit.
