Located in the prestigious Hampton Lakes community, our 4,005 square foot, 7 bedroom villa boasts one of the best views of the area. With no rear neighbours to block the sun or the view, you will have a wonderful view of the Florida landscape from the pool area. Disney fireworks can be seen at night in the distance, and hot-air balloons sometimes set up and launch in the field directly behind the villas.

Best of all, the pool overlooks a dramatic expanse of open Florida terrain - very private, no rear neighbours. Extra-large eat-in kitchen, plus dining room so everyone can sit. Two separate living room areas, and best of all - AIR-CONDITIONED GAME ROOM with pool table, foosball, stereo CD/radio, TV/VCR/DVD. Equipped with all the luxuries and conveniences that we prefer when we vacation - extra soft 600+ thread all-cotton sateen sheets, thick cotton towels, Playstation 2 with games to keep the kids (and the young at heart!) busy, large movie assortment, TV in every master bedroom, nursery w/crib, porta-crib, bassinet, etc! WIRELESS HIGH-SPEED INTERNET is available; just bring your laptop (equipped with wireless card) and access the internet from anywhere in the villa!

Our villa has 4 master bedrooms - 3 with king-sized beds, 1 with queen bed. One master bedroom is on ground level, for folks who don't do stairs. Every master bedroom has private bathroom access and TV. The remaining 3 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. One of these is equipped with TV/VCR and Playstation 2 with several games. There is a nursery room located off the main upstairs master bedroom, with full-sized crib and portable bassinet. In addition, there are 2 rollaway beds, which can be placed in any room. Wireless, HIGH-SPEED INTERNET is available. Just bring your laptop, equipped with wireless card, and access the internet anywhere in the villa!

Golf - With over 80 courses catering to every skill level, duffers and low handicappers can play courses designed by famous golf architects like Tom Fazio, Robert Trent Jones, and Jack Nicklaus. Some of the area courses include: Champions Gate - 8 minutes, Highlands Reserve - 5 minutes, Legends at Orange Lake - 7 minutes, Southern Dunes - 16 minutes, Diamondback Golf Club - 26 minutes. A detailed Golf Course Guide is available at the villa for your reference, with nearby courses highlighted for your convenience.

Things To Do - Our villa is stocked with detailed guidebooks and road maps, with travel directions & short-cuts, as well as information on all the area attractions, including: Disney World (Animal Kingdom entrance) - 14 minutes (travel time), Sea World - 22 minutes, Universal Studios - 26 minutes.

Fishing - The Orlando area is famous for its lakes. Many fishing charter services are available. Also, the famous Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World is just 30 minutes away. There is a list of local fishing charter companies available for your use.
