Ideal for 2 families, with 2 master suites,1 kingsize with en-suite, 1 queensize with en-suite and 2 twin rooms with a 3rd bathroom.There is a very well equiped kitchen and seperate laundry room, with washer, drier and ironing facilities.The kitchen opens onto a family room where there is a nook area, ideal for breakfast. It also has cable TV and DVD player and comfy suite. Patio doors lead from here onto the deck and pool area. There is a further lounge with formal dining area. The sofa opens out into a double bed if required.
All linen and towels are provided, including pool towels. The villa is cleaned by our management company before and after your stay.
Outdoors there is a large heated pool, 30' x 15' complete with a large spa. Both are situated in a fully screened deck area. There are wooded conservation views to the rear and side making this a private area to relax in after a busy day at the parks. This area is in sun from early morning through to sunset.
The deck has been extended with plenty of patio furniture and there is also a covered lanai providing a shaded area for those really hot Florida summer days. The lanai is ideally placed to catch the last rays in the evening making it a great place to enjoy a drink whilst watching the sun set behind the trees.
Or you can relax in the spa after a busy day and watch the dragonflies outside the screen.
