The villa is just 1 mile from a new Walmart and has a Walgreen and CVS drugstore at the entrance to the Estate and you can therefore walk to these

The Estate is a quiet family estate which is very well maintained with well tended amenity areas throughout, and it enjoys its own clubhouse with internet access, tennis courts, communal pool, pool table, air hockey table, and large screen theatre style tv/dvd/video player

The villa backs onto conservation land which currently houses R.Vs and as a result there are no neighbours overlooking from the back of the property

The management company which I am use are close by so keys are picked up from their offices or after hours there is a lock box outside for after hours key collection, and there is a 24/7 service offered by the management company
