Sunset Lakes is a small, prestigious gated community and one of the closest to Orlando's main attractions. It is a mature development of detached pool homes surrounding two natural lakes, which attract many varieties of fish and wildlife. Relaxing in the peace and tranquility of this fabulous location it is hard to imagine that you are just 4 miles from the Main Gates of Disney World.

Our luxurious home is minutes away from many Golf Courses, restaurants and supermarkets. Getting to and from the Theme Parks is easy with this ideal location. You really can visit the parks in the morning, spend the afternoons relaxing by your own private pool and return to the parks in minutes. Within the Sunset Lakes community there is a communal pool and cabana, a children’s play area and you can fish in the well-stocked lake. (Bring your own rods, or buy inexpensively from the local Wal-Mart!) Conservation land adjoins the development creating a natural habitat for the wildlife of Florida.

Our lovely vacation home has a glorious, south facing location, at the edge of the larger of the two lakes.

'Still Waters'is the perfect vacation choice if you appreciate peace and tranquility in luxurious surroundings, yet want the convenience of being as close as possible to the Orlando Theme Parks, shopping & Golf Courses.

The view of the lake from the pool and deck is incomparable, when you sit outside sipping a cool drink in the evening, watching the sun go down & then seeing the moon rise over the lake, you will find it hard to believe that you are only 5 minutes drive from the main gates of Disney and the lively 192.

This is one of the largest 4 bedroom vacation homes you can rent in the Orlando area (2600 sq ft) so there is ample room for two couples or families to vacation together in comfort - especially as the two huge Master Suites have identical bathroom facilities.

The villa has had many $000's spent recently upgrading the facilities, and as English owners we visit at least 3-4 times a year to ensure that the villa is continually upgraded and maintained to our very high standards.

VACATION RENTAL AMENITIES

The lovely private south-facing swimming pool has been specially designed with a small water feature and plants to create a very pleasing scene overlooking the lake. Planting & screening ensures privacy from your neighbours.

A luxurious hydrotherapy Hot Tub/Spa is there for your enjoyment. With its 18 adjustable high performance jets, 7 multi-level seats & underwater multicolour lighting, soaking in the hot swirling water is truly a pleasure after a long day out!

The whole pool area is mesh screened to let the sun in but keep the bugs out. To provide you with maximum enjoyment from the pool, for a small extra charge it can be heated to a very comfortable 86 degrees all year round. The pool and spa are maintained regularly by our Management Company.

The extra-large deck area contains ample luxury pool lounging furniture for 8 guests, together with tables and chairs for alfresco dining. Tropical planting & garden lighting create a special atmosphere at night.

The spacious lanai (covered patio) provides protection from the sun if desired and has a ceiling fan to cool things down if needed. An electric BBQ/grill is provided; a full Gas BBQ may be hired for $70 (£35) per week, including cleaning.

"Still Waters" has the benefit of FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS, so bring your lap top if you need to keep in touch by e-mail or don't
want to miss your E-bay auctions!.

A professional slate bed BILLIARD TABLE is in the Living Room/Games Area. You can make FREE LOCAL PHONE CALLS from the house, if calling long distance you can buy a pre-paid phone card from the supermarkets or pharmacies. There's a SONY PLAYSTATION2 GAMES CONSOLE in one of the twins (bring or hire your own games)

All the bedrooms have cable TV and DVD players.

SUMMARY OF ACCOMMODATION
The two master bedrooms have King-size beds and identical bathroom facilities (twin sinks, walk-in shower, full-size bathtub and separate w.c.) One of these bedrooms is on the ground floor with direct access to the pool and deck, the other is upstairs and has wonderful views over the lake.

Two twin bedrooms upstairs share a separate bathroom which has sink, w.c. and bath with shower over.

Downstairs, the accommodation comprises : Living Room/Games Area with sofas & billiard table; luxury Kitchen with granite worktops; Dining Area overlooking the pool; Family room with cable TV, DVD and CD player; Powder room, Laundry room. And of course, one of the Master Bedrooms as described above. The garage has an automatic electric opener and parking for 1 car, plus there is ample parking for 2 cars on the driveway.

The main attractions of this area are of course, the Theme Parks, Golfing, Fishing, Shopping, doing lots or very little!

Orlando International Airport is just 30 minutes drive away. Sanford Airport is approx. one hour's drive.
Sunset Lakes is within 2-3 minutes drive of local amenities (shopping, pharmacy, banks and restaurants).
The Atlantic beaches, the Kennedy Space Center and the Gulf of Mexico are approx. 1 hour's drive.
Universal Studios, Sea World and WetandWild are around 20 minutes away, as are the two fantastic shopping malls, Mall Millenia and Florida Mall.
Walt Disney World Resort is only 4 miles!
You are literally minutes from numerous local golf courses.
