It is situated on a secluded “land island” insulated by nature with controlled access to the resort via the main gate. The “land island” is surrounded by a conservation area which encompasses over 300 acres resulting in Emerald Island being a quiet, safe and peaceful neighbourhood.

Here's a vacation home that has everything you ever wanted in your own home...Big Refreshing Pool...oversized bubbling spa....lots of room for everyone to relax and unwind. You'll have trouble taking your eyes off the brilliant picture of the PLASMA TV!! Enjoy a diverse selection of DVD's as well as a PlayStation2 Game Console along with old fashioned family style board games. In the game room, you'll have trouble deciding whether to play air hockey, foosball or darts...and if you can't make up your mind, grab a bike out of the garage and go for a ride! Check your email or look up a recipe for grilling steaks on the computer connected to High Speed Internet. Put some of those big steaks on the brand new gas BBQ Grill that sits on the pool deck. The four bedrooms are each unique in their own way. The Master bedroom features a King Size Bed and a luxurious master bathroom with oversized tub-for-two, big shower stall and plenty of counter space. The televsion is wall mounted so that you can watch tv in bed comfortably late into the night, or first thing in the morning. The kids will be vying for the SpongeBob bunk bedroom. Brightly decorated and appointed with the popular cartoon character, it's a kids dream come true. Bedroom number 3 has a pair of twin beds, and a wall mounted television for comfortable viewing. The fourth bedroom has a Queen sized bed and serves as a second master with it's own bathroom. It has a wall mounted television to make viewing comfortable from the lazy confines of bed. With both a family room and a living room, everyone will have their own space to relax without crowding anyone else. The Kitchen serves as the hub of the house, it's big and within easy reach of the entire home. You can choose to dine at the breakfast table or get a bit more formal in the dining room.
