Calla Lily Cove at Crescent Lakes is situated in an enviable location set amid wooded conservation areas and several lakes yet it is only 10 minutes from Highway 192 with all it's major shops and restaurants and 15 minutes from Walt Disney World.
All of the houses on Crescent Lakes are built on large lots with big gaps between the neighbouring houses so they are not all on top of one another offering the maximum privacy and seclusion. This is quite unusual compared to most of the other properties in the Orlando area.
Crescent Lakes is situated adjacent to the reedy creek nature reserve with an abundance of wildlife in and around the area.

Crescent Lakes has communal facilities including basketball court, childrens' play areas` and purpose built BBQ areas.

Our privately owned Orlando vacation rental villa in Kissimmee has a huge private pool terrace with lanai and jacuzzi spa backing onto a lake. It is a quality vacation home with loads of space for families and it is built on an oversized lot with no other houses immediately on top of you. The pool and spa back onto one of the many lakes so it is nice and private for when you just want to relax and take in the Florida sunshine whilst enjoying your Florida vacation.

Our pool home is fully air-conditioned with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and although it is only 15 minutes to Walt Disney World and less than 10 minutes to Highway 192 it is located in the exclusive Crescent Lakes development which is built around many lakes and conservation areas.

Our Disney villa is now beautifully furnished to a very high standard and ready for our first guests' arrival. Our Orlando holiday home consists of a Master bedroom on the 1st floor with King size bed and full ensuite facilities and a Queen bedroom on the ground floor with an adjoining bathroom. A futher Queen bedroom and two twin bedded rooms are situated on the 1st floor.
A further living room on the ground floor has a Queen sleeper sofa which will sleep an additional two guests if required.

All bedrooms have Cable TV. The Family room and the breakfast nook both have patio doors leading out to the lanai and pool terrace so you can have breakfast inside looking out over the lake or outside sitting under the lanai by the pool. There is a separate dining room to the front of the house with access to the fully equipped and spacious kitchen. There is a further lounge/den upstairs with a computer with Hi Speed Internet, PS2 console, TV and additional seating. There is a separate utility room containing a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Hairdyers are supplied in all bathrooms and all towels and linens are provided.
