Our villa is situated within an established orange grove backing on to a lake & conservation area so your privacy & peace are guaranteed. Orange Tree is the perfect location for your vacation.
Built in 2004 our home has all the modern features you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The formal dining room & lounge are connected to a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook.
The home is fully air conditioned & there are ceiling fans throughout.
We supply all linen & can provide a cot / crib & highchair on request.
The family room has a view of the pool area and is perfect for nights in. It is equipped with a large TV (with digital cable & DVR) & a DVD player (the local rental shop is minutes away). There is also a CD player/radio for those who prefer music.
The main master bedroom has it's own en-suite with bathtub, walk-in shower & 2 vanity basins. There is a king-size bed & the room has its own TV with cable & DVD player. The room has direct access to the pool area.
The second master bedroom also has direct access to the pool area via the en-suite bathroom (which doubles as a pool bath). The room has a queen bed & has it's own TV & DVD with cable.
The 3rd & 4th bedrooms are furnished with twin beds & share the third bathroom.
The heated swimming pool has been built with safety in mind. There is a safety screen to keep the little ones away from the water, whilst not intrusive this can be removed if you require. The extended sundeck & loungers are great for soaking up the Florida sunshine. The covered patio is the perfect place to spend those lazy evenings watching the spectaclar sunsets & for dining alfresco.
Tennis & basketball courts are just a few minutes walk away within the estate next to a games field with football / soccer nets for the more energetic amongst you. There are also 2 kiddies playgrounds within the estate. These facilities are reserved for the residents & guests of Orange Tree.
Outside the estate the major theme parks are just a 20 to 40 minute drive away with the local shops, restaurants & supermarket (Wal-Mart) less than 5 minutes.
Florida's beautiful white sandy beaches on the West Coast are just 90 minutes away & Daytona, for the surfers, 2 hours to the East along I4.
A few miles to the North along HW27 is Lake Louisa State Park which offers fishing, boating or just a leisurely stroll in the sun.
Golfers, take your pick from the many local courses. Beginner or seasoned pro, there is something for everyone. 10 minutes away is the Orange Lake Golf & Country Club with its course designed by Arnold Palmer. |
