The Villa backs on to a green area and is not overlooked. From the Pool Deck, enjoy our floodlit Pool and Spa & our Palm Trees. Opening either of the three rear sliding doors reveals the fabulous 28' Pool/Spa, Palm trees, covered Lanai and eating area with ceiling fan, Gas BBQ, and air-conditioned bathroom.
Internally the Villa is also of an exceptional standard, with extensive Ceramic Tiling, a large open plan sitting area equipped with a fabulous Surround Sound Home Cinema System!
