Sleeping up to 8 adults and 2 infants in cribs, the villa is tastefully furnished and boasts 2 master bedrooms, each with cable TV an en suite and either a Californian King or Queen sized bed.

Two double bedrooms one of which is decorated for children, share the 3rd bathroom making it suitable for 2 families to enjoy without falling over one another. There is new bedding towels and beach towels for your stay.

The villa has luxurious new furnishings that are not the 'standard villa packages' you will see elswhere. We have recently added a sumptuous new sofa in the living room; there is a formal dining table, informal eating area and full kitchen with George Foreman grill and every other amenity you could want in a kitchen (including take out menus!!). If you get bored with the pool and all that Florida has to offer, we have a 32" HDTV CD player, DVD, DVR, 300 Channel Digital TV, PS2, darts, full size pool table, air hockey, table fussball (Football) and poker all available for your enjoyment.

As parents ourselves, we know you don't want to carry too much so we have a crib/cot, high chair and stroller so you don't need your own. We even have Mickey and Minnie for the kids to enjoy when they arrive.

The oversized pool is genuinely south facing and private to enjoy Florida's sun from sunrise to sunset. The covered lanai offers shade to enjoy a cool drink away from sunbathing on the large pool deck, and we have a large gas BBQ for 'al fresco' dining.

As well as all the attractions Florida has to offer your stay at our villa will benefit from discounted golf, tennis, fishing, 3 communal pools a spa and a fully fitted gym within Southern Dunes and the largest Wal-Mart you have ever seen is just a 5 minute stroll away.

The villa is located in Southern Dunes: a quiet, friendly and relaxing neighbourhood. The community is set on an 18-hole, true gem, Golf Digest 4-star-rated championship golf course. Even if you do not play golf, Southern Dunes is a great place to stay because of its natural beauty. The subdivisions are separated from each other by the fairways of the golf course. The beauty of Southern Dunes is that, while being able to relax in a "country club" atmosphere in a beautiful villa, you are only twenty minutes away from Disney's main gate and central Florida's many attractions (avoiding the traffic jams on the other roads leading to Disney). You'll have the best of both worlds.

Inside Southern Dunes you'll have local amenities that include tennis courts, a heated community pool, a play area, fishing lake, and a clubhouse with restaurant and bar is just a few minutes stroll. Just minutes away you'll find a supermarket and Wal-Mart at the gate, and Eagle Ridge Mall nearby on Highway 27.
