Our Villa is a lovely newly constructed home, with full air conditioning set in the small-gated community of Mustang Island situated within Lely Resort Golf and Country Club. Furnished to a very high standard with a beautiful pool overlooking the nature reserve, it is the perfect setting to watch the Florida sunsets while enjoying a chilled glass of wine or a cool beer. The villa is West facing and the lounge, dining area and master bedroom all have direct access to the large 28 x 14 heated pool with extended covered lanai with fan, perfect for an outdoor BBQ. We are situated on a superb golfing resort, which features three renowned championship courses. The resort boasts the flamingo clubhouse, players club and spa.

The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the master bedroom has a large en-suite with a king-size bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table, TV and ceiling fan. There is a walk in closet providing ample storage. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, bedside cabinets, TV and walk-in closet. The third has 2 twin beds, fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinets. The main bathroom is situated between the 2 bedrooms and can be accessed directly from bedroom 2 or the hallway. The linen cupboard is stocked with towels and beach towels for your use. The den also has a day bed with a pull out queen bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer with icemaker and chilled water dispenser. The laundry room has a washer and dryer.

The formal dinning room seats 8 whilst there is a further table and chairs in the breakfast nook.

The lounge has ample comfortable seating, occasional tables and entertainment unit with TV, DVD, Cable and stereo system with Cd and ceiling fan. There is a telephone with hands free sets in the living area and master bedroom all local calls are free of charge.

Outside there is a private pool with heater, Gas BBQ, patio table and chairs and sun loungers. There is a covered patio area with ceiling fan.

Lely is situated 10 mins from Old Naples and the Gulf of Mexico with 10 miles of breathtaking unspoilt beachfront. There is great fishing either by chartering a boat for deep sea or from the pier. There are a spectacular selection of shops from small boutiques at Third Street, fifth avenue south and tin city to department stores at coastland center Mall and waterside shops. Naples is close to the everglades where you can experience swamp buggy and airboat rides and island tours. If you are after culture try the Philharmonic Center for the arts or the popular Dinner Theater.
