Situated in the peaceful upscale community of Beachwalk Isles our spacious villa is located between Fort Myers and Naples, only a few minutes drive from the beaches of Fort Myers and the spectacular, unspoilt islands of Sanibel and Captiva.

Our lakeside pool home has a westerly aspect for all day sunshine on the screened pool deck and enjoys wonderful evening sunsets over the lake.
It comfortably accommodates six people.

Our house is spacious with open-plan living areas and vaulted ceilings. It has been equipped to provide us with a comfortable winter home rather than a rental property, and the furnishings and condition reflect this.

Fully air-conditioned, the house has large patio doors leading to the pool deck which is fully furnished for dining and relaxing. It faces west - perfect for those sun downers - and is a great place for watching the wildlife on the lake.

The main living areas are furnished in a comfortable, contemporary style with separate lounging and dining areas. There is a TV, Video/DVD and Radio/ CD player.

The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a double door fridge/freezer/ice maker, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a full range of small appliances.
The breakfast area in the kitchen overlooks the pool and lake beyond.

The master bedroom suite, also overlooking the pool/lake and with direct access to the pool for that early morning swim, is beautifully furnished with a huge king-sized bed with matching furniture and a TV. Adjoining are a walk in closet and large bathroom with bath, separate shower, twin vanity basins and separate W.C.

On the opposite side of the house are two double bedrooms (one queen, one twin) with closets. These share a bathroom with bath, shower, vanity basin and W.C. A separate laundry room contains a large washer and dryer.

There is a double garage with space for one car.
Two adult bicycles are available for a small rental charge.

Beachwalk Isles lies minutes from the beach community of Fort Myers Beach with its miles of white-sand. Fort Myers Beach offers a wide range of facilities for all the family including various water sports.

A few minutes drive in another direction and you reach the causeway to the sub-tropical islands of Sanibel and Captiva. Their upscale ambiance, wide sandy beaches, famous for their shelling and wildlife preserves, make them a real natural gem - great for cycling too. Where else can you see Dolphins at play and Osprey fishing from your beach chair?

Shopping for food and other essentials is only a walk away and for the designer bargain-hunters there are several retail outlet parks nearby.
There is an extensive choice of local restaurants all offering good value for money.

Canoeing, boating and fishing are popular local activities and there are many opportunities for all levels of expertise. There are also numerous golf courses within the vicinity catering for beginners and expert players alike.

Many wildlife attractions are found within an hours drive. Naples and the Everglades National Park are a short trip away. The theme parks near Orlando and the Kennedy Space Centre are about a 3 hr drive.
