The villa is located on the Gulf Coast, just off the US19 1 mile north of Weeki Wachee Water Park located at the back of ‘The Heathers’ Golf Course. The villa is in a quiet residential area with lots of wildlife to see.

It is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms and will accommodate six people comfortably. It is a pet and smoke free villa, but if you wish you can smoke in the Florida Room where we have wall fitted fans. All towels, linen and hair dryers’ are provided, we have a laundry area in the garage with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board all of which are there for your use at no extra cost. We are very child friendly and have a cot and high chair if needed, please just let us know if you require either. We have a telephone which receives calls- all local calls are free. If you wish to make long distance calls (USA or UK) they can be made using a phone card purchased from Walmart.

We have a generously sized fully screened Florida room at the rear of the villa with a large 30’ x 15’ heated pool and decking area with cushioned pool side loungers. Pool and beach towels are provided. For your safety and peace of mind there are unbreakable glasses for use in the pool area.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with a Flat Screen TV, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite facilities. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, the third bedroom which is only slightly smaller than the second has twin beds-both rooms have ample storage space. These two rooms share a bathroom which has both a bath and shower.
The kitchen has a large fridge freezer dispensing ice cubes and chilled water. A coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave and cooking utensils are all provided. There is a kitchen seating area for 4 people.
There is a spacious living area where you can relax. For your entertainment there is a TV with cable, a video player, DVD player and a selection of DVD’s and videos for all ages to watch. There is an additional dining area apart from the kitchen area with dining table and 6 chairs.

There are lots of lovely golf courses to suit all golfers within easy driving range. Two of these courses are ranked in the top 100 in the USA.

Only a short car drive will take you to all the major US shopping outlets, Wall Mart, Sears, Belk etc. Also locally there are two Cinemas, several Bowling alleys and many, many great restaurants. Finding one of the many beach bars is a great way to watch the sun set over the Gulf, watching marine craft and wild life.

The nearest beach is beautiful Pine Island located out in the Gulf of Mexico, it is ideal for children and adults alike and is about a 5 mile drive away. Other beaches include St Petersburg and Clearwater Beaches that are only 1 hour away.
15 miles north of the villa is Homosassa Wild Life State Park- this is the one of the best places locally to see manatee, alligators and Florida wild life. Just north at Crystal River one can arrange to swim with Manatees. There is sea fishing from Hernando Beach, canoeing from Weeki Wachee and Withlacoochie National Forest to the east.

Silver Springs- glass-bottomed boats allow you to view the marine life, there are wildlife shows and other entertainment.

We are only a few miles from the Suncoast Parkway which is 45 minutes from Tampa airport, Orlando Airport is 70 miles.

Busch Gardens in Tampa is 45 miles away and has interests for all the family.

Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios are 65 miles away and are approximately one and half hours from the villa.
