This recently refurnished and redecorated lakeside villa is located in the beautiful residential community of Sabal Harbour in Bradenton, only a short drive to the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island, Coquina, Longboat and Siesta Keys. The villa is appointed to a high standard and has a relaxed and peaceful tropical feel. Our guests can also enjoy a newly constructed, 28-foot by 14-foot, Grecian-style pool and spa.

Guests have use of community facilities including a large heated pool, 2 floodlit tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts as well as a children’s play area, all situated within a minute’s walk of the villa.


Facilities

This very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa offers accommodation for up to 8 people. Fully air-conditioned, ceiling fans to all rooms, linen and towels including beach provided, telephone with free local calls and a double garage.A cot and high chair are also provided at the villa.


Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV/DVD, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds with the bottom bunk being expandable to a double. Both have large closets.


Bathrooms

The ensuite to master bedroom has a large shower cubicle, an oval bath and twin sinks. The family bathroom has a bath with shower attachment.


Kitchen/Utility

Fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room with oven, fridge with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. There is also a breakfast table and bar area.


Living Areas

The spacious Great Room boasts an extra large sectional leather settee, a largeTV with cable service and DVD player (together with several children's DVDs).There is also a portable CD/Radio player. Patio doors lead to the covered lanai and private pool overlooking a picturesque lake teaming with Florida wildlife.
There is also a delightful combined sitting/dining room with twin settees (one of which is a sofabed) and dining room table with 8 chairs.


Swimming Pool

There is a private 28’ x 14’ 'Grecian' style heated swimming pool and spa equipped with a removable child safety barrier. It overlooks a picturesque lake where you will see an abundance of Florida wildlife. The pool area is equipped with a table and chairs along with sun loungers.

This luxury villa is situated in the peaceful residential community of Sabal Harbour near Sarasota, close to a superb range of shops, restaurants and cinemas.

In addition you will have access to wonderful community facilities, including a large swimming pool, 2 all-weather floodlit tennis courts, a full-size basketball court , a sand volleyball court and a great children’s play area. It is only a 10 minute walk to the nearest golf course.

The Gulf of Mexico beaches are only 15 minutes away, with Sarasota and St. Armands Circle (for gourmet restaurants and stylish boutiques) only a 20 minute drive. The prime outlets of Ellenton, the largest outlet mall in Florida, is only a 10 minute drive away.
