Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa is located in a quiet residential area 4 miles west of Disney, off the 192 on the exclusive Lindfields development. This is an established area in a country setting yet within easy reach of all Disney parks, Universal parks, Sea World, Golf courses, Restaurants, shops, etc. Orlando International and Sanford Airport are both within easy reach. Our villa is located on one of the nearest developments to Disney Parks.

Our Villa is bright and spacious with designer furnishings, fully equipped with bed linen, towels, china, crockery, kitchen gadgets and utensils.It is fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans in all rooms for your comfort. Our villa accommodates up to eight persons plus infant (complimentary cot and highchair supplied). Twin bedroom overlooking pool area with portable stereo/CD player, 2nd twin bedroom with PS2 games console with selection of British games (bring your own) TV/DVD Player. , Family bathroom with bath/shower directly between twin bedded rooms. Fully fitted oak kitchen with all appliances, breakfast bar with bar stools in addition to dining table and chairs in nook area, room opens onto Botanical themed room with two sets of sliding doors onto pool area. Separate laundry with washer and dryer iron and ironing board. Large oversized 28 x 14 private heated pool with mesh screen (mesh allows sun in but keeps insect out) lanai /covered deck to keep you cool from those long hot sunny days, sundeck with table chairs, lounges, reclining chairs, stools. New type child safety screen fitted around pool area (can be removed if required).

We are situated approx 4 miles (5-10 drive) from Disney parks one of the nearest developments to Disney parks. Sea world and Universal studios are also within easy reach. Orlando International and Sanford airport are both within easy reach.Kennedy space centre can be reached in approx one hour and Gulf beaches 1 1/2hrs drive away. Shopping Malls (Belz, Premium outlets, Festival Bay, are also close by)
