Our villa is located just off HWY 27 approx. 8 miles from Disney marker on the 192. Just 30/40 mins from Orlando airport. Close to all major attractions including the Disney Parks - 10-12 mins, Sea World - 20-30 mins, Universal Studios - 20-30 mins, etc.
There are numerous Golf Courses near by (the closest being 5 mins North on HWY 27) and air boat rides within 30 minute drive. The Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach out on the East Coast are approximately 60 minutes drive and in the other direction, you can reach Clearwater & St Pete's beaches on the Gulf Coast within 90 minutes.

Our Florida Villa is a single storey four-bedroom/two bathroom home with it's own private swimming pool. The family/living room is ideal for relaxing after a hard day at Disney. The large patio doors give a good view of the pool. There is a separate dining room at the front of the house for that more formal dinner.
The master bedroom is en suite with a king size bed, walk in closet and cable TV. The en suite bathroom includes a single sink vanity unit, a separate shower and a toilet. It too, has access to the patio and pool. The other three bedrooms comprise twin & double-bedded rooms. The second bathroom has a single vanity unit with it's own toilet and combined shower bath.
The swimming pool is completely screened to keep the bugs out and is surrounded by a good amount of cool decking, ideal for that all-important Florida suntan. The swimming pool has an electric heater* for those cooler winter days.
The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the large, double garage, along with the Pool table, electronic basketball and air-hockey games – ideal for keeping the little ones occupied!

Just 10 minutes from the Disney Parks, 20-30 minutes from Universal Studios & Sea World.
