New from June 2008 we have furnished our home with a Spa/Hot Tub which can be added to your package for a nominal fee. We also have recently upgraded our Games Room with 8ft Pool Table, Air Hockey, and Darts. Also Family Room Upgrade to 52inch HDTV with HBO and Showtime movies. Our home now also has T.V & DVD in every room, Internet access & Playstation.

As you open the front door you will be presented with a formal dinning area which seats 6 comfortably. Throughout our home the vaulted ceilings add to the sense of spaciousness and luxury. Continuing past the dinning area leads you into our large lounge / family room and opened planned Kitchen. Patio doors will lead you out onto our extended decking area and large South facing heated Pool, which gives a full day of glorious sun shine from sun rise to sun set.
The master bedroom has a super king size bed with luxury en suite encompassing double single vanity unit, large sunken corner bath and separate large walk in shower.
Located on the opposite side of our home are 4 further bedrooms. The first of which has a king size bed and is located next to the cabana bathroom (full bath with shower, vanity unit, sink and toilet) which also has access to the pool deck.
Remaining we have 1 bedroom comprising of a double bed with 2 further bedrooms each fitted with 2 single beds in each. All bedrooms offer their own walk in closets and access to the 3rd shower room, sink and toilet. Depending on the size of your party the 4 bedrooms listed above have the option of sharing the 2nd and 3rd bathroom as they wish.
Amenities: Our home is furnished to an excellent standard within the prestige range and leaves you with the following amenities available for guest use.
Living / Family room: Cable TV, DVD Player, Hi Fi. New for 2006 will be a large screen TV. 3 + 2 seater sofa's and armchair allow maximum relaxation whilst watching TV. Also planned for 2006 will be a games room / area.
Master Bedroom: Large Screen TV, Radio alarm clock, Full length dress mirror, Large ensuite and pool view.
Second Bedroom: Medium sized TV, Radio Alarm clock, Vanity unit.
Kitchen fully fitted with: Large Fridge Freezer with water / ice dispenser (crushed or cubed) Toaster, Kettle, Coffee maker, Electric can opener, Microwave, Large American Oven, Dishwasher, crockery and cutlery.
Garage: Houses the washer, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner and ironing board along with various pool toys used at the renters discretion.
Pool: This area is equipped with 4 sun loungers, Pool side table and 4 chairs and Parasol. The pool is fitted with a Pool Blanket which we recommend you use if you choose to have the pool heated as this will help to retain the heat.
Cots, high chairs are free. We also rent our BBQ so please ask for this to be added to your quote if you are interested in this option.

Overall Area :- Highlands is located just South of Hwy 192 on US 27. The area has enjoyed a recent improvement, with the nearest shopping complex and supermarket (Publix) less than 2 minutes away. Recently finished in November 2004 is a Wal-mart Supercenter. Recent applications have been received for a Super Target and Lowes.
Highlands Reserve on site facilities include a superb 18 hole golf couse, large community pool, tennis courts, a children's play area and a bar serving snacks and drinks during the day. This highly popular community features wide tree lined boulevards, pavements, street lighting and green area's.
Disney is approximately 10 minutes away, with Universal and SeaWorld an estimated 20 to 25 minutes away. An hour in either direction, East or West will lead you to Florida's Space Coast or Gulf Coast Beaches. Busch Gardens is a mere 45 minutes west.

Mid Season April, May, Sept, Oct $998 per week

Rates in US Funds 20% non refundable deposit required at time of booking, plus a further 10 % full refundable deposit which will be returned 10 to 14 days after departure, once a thorough check of our home has been completed.
Cleaning charge $110 for bookings less than 6 days. Extra days charged at weekly rate divisible by 7. Pool Heat $25 per day. Snowbird Specials Available. Please contact us direct for availability and rate.
