and when you think Florida, whether it be for golf, or Disney, there are few better locations than overlooking the fine Golf Course at Highlands Reserve.
Highlands Reserve is a prestigious safe community situated just off the US27, ideally placed for all the areas many attractions. Close to US192 and I-4, Disney is but 12 mnutes drive, and the villa backs onto to 18th. hole of Highlands Reserve par 72 Championship golf course.

In addition to the Villa's private swimming Pool, Highlands Reserve has a communal Pool, Tennis Courts, and Childrens Play area. The Golf Course, and the Club House are open to non members.

We have recently refurbished the master bedroom, and the second master bedroom, as well as the living area, and have recently added a games room with Foosball table, Playstation 2, and Internet Access. to maintain our Executive Villa status.

This one level 5 bedroom villa has three Bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, open plan living area, and the fully screened Patio area has a 32ft. Swimming Pool (optional heating) with adjoining Spa, overlooking the superb Highlands Reserve Golf course

The en suite master bedroom has a queen sized bed, cable TV and DVD, and Patio doors leading out to the Patio and Pool area.

There is a double bedded master bedroom, with adjoining bathroom leading onto the Patio and Pool area. This bedroom has cable TV

The other three bedrooms are all twin bedded, one with cable TV and DVD, and one with TV and DVD , all are comfortable furnished.

The well equipped kitchen has cooker, microwave,dishwasher,large refrigerator with water and ice making facilities.The utility room leads off and has washing machine, drier, and airer.

The comfortable living area has patio doors leading out to the Swimming Pool, and overlooks the Golf Course. It has a 52" digital cable TV and a DVD. There is a mini Hi Fi system.

All doors leading out to the Pool area are Security safety alarmed

The Patio has Loungers,table and chairs, and the 32ft Swimming Pool has an adjoining Spa.

Pool Heat is optional, but is recommended between October and May.

The villa is fully air conditioned, additionally there are ceiling fans in the living area, and master bedroom.

Ideally situated overlooking the Championship Golf Course at Highlands Reserve, the villa is just 12 minutes drive from Disney,

25 minutes from Seaworld
30 minutes from Universal Studios
40 minutes from Orlando International Airport
60 minutes from Kennedy Space Centre,
75 minutes from Tampa

about 90 minutes from either East or West Coasts.

Clermont, only 10 minutes away sports some of Floridas best Bass fishing,

Supermarkets, Restaurants, and shopping malls are all close by.
