This luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with private pool and spa is situated in the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf community, just a short drive from Disney.

Set in a peaceful location, Highlands Reserve offers a rolling 72 par golf course complete with clubhouse, golf shop, driving range and putting green. A community swimming pool, children's play area and tennis courts are within walking distance of the clubhouse. Despite its tranquil setting, the home is only minutes away from a variety of supermarkets, shops and restaurants, with many of the local takeaways offering a delivery service.

The master bedroom, which has a large en-suite bathroom, has its own access to the covered lanai and pool area. The second bedroom is also en-suite, making the design ideal for two families. The two further twin bedrooms share the third bathroom. All bedrooms have their own cable TV and DVD players.

The light and airy family room, which opens onto the large covered lanai and pool area, has a large screen TV and DVD player. The second living area has been converted to a games room and has an 8 ft pool table so you can play in air-conditioned comfort, plus Cable TV, DVD player and PS2 console. This makes it an ideal room in which children and teenagers can unwind and relax after a busy day in the theme parks. A collection of DVDs, toys and games, golf clubs and tennis racquets, and PS2 games are available for your use free of charge. A computer is also available with free internet access.

The large formal dining area seats six people, and the breakfast nook, which is adjacent to the kitchen, also seats six people and overlooks the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your holiday including a fridge/freezer with ice making facility, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cutlery and crockery. The laundry room, which leads to the triple garage, is equipped with an American style washing machine and separate tumble dryer, plus an iron and ironing board.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout with most rooms having their own ceiling fan for additional comfort.

The 28 ft rectangular shaped pool and in ground spa is set in a west facing deck overlooking a conservation area. Comfortable patio furniture is provided and there is plenty of room to enjoy the sun all year round. The large covered porch area complete with ceiling fan provides that all-important welcome shade if the sun should become too much in the heat of the day. The second bedroom’s en-suite bathroom has a door leading to the covered lanai making it convenient for poolside access.

After watching the glorious sunsets, you can enjoy outdoor dining under the poolside lighting and the whole deck area is covered with a mesh screen to keep any wildlife at bay.
All linen and towels are supplied and the villa has a telephone with free local calls. An electronic safe is also available in the master bedroom free of charge.
