Our luxury villa is situated on the prestigious Orange Tree community near Orlando, Florida.

Orange Tree is situated on Highway 27, approximately 2.5 miles north of
Highway 192 in a rapidly expanding tourist & residential area with shops & restaurants nearby. There is quick and easy access to all the Disney parks; Universal Studios & Seaworld, and all major attractions are within easy reach.
The Gulf Coast of Tampa Bay, Clearwater and St. Petersburg are approximately
11/2 hours away and the Gold Coast of Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Centre are approximately 1 hour away.

Orlando Airport is about 40 minutes and Sanford Airport is about 1 hour away.

Our luxury 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa is fully air-conditioned and sleeps up to 10 people. Two master bedrooms each have King-size beds, third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, these are all en-suite; bedroom 4 contains twin beds & the 5th bedroom has a double bed with shared bathroom. The first master bedroom has a walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with accessible shower, and a safe.
Bed linen and towels are provided but we do suggest you bring your own “beach towels”. There is a pull out sofa bed;a baby cot and highchair is also provided.

The fully fitted kitchen contains microwave oven, dishwasher,
refrigerator/ freezer with icemaker, large cooker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, enough crockery & utensils for everyone. The laundry room off the main living area contains washer, dryer, ironing board & iron. Access to the games room is also off the main living area.
The spacious main living area has modern furniture, upgraded cable TV, DVD/video combo, remote control ceiling fan.
French doors open onto the lanai and pool area with relaxing poolside furniture, and a barbeque on the lawn. The pool & spa can be heated which is available on request. There is a child safety screen in place.
