Our villa is situated approximatley 1.1/2 miles off the 192 on Highway 27 heading north towards Clermont. Glenbrook is a new prestigious development of luxury housing.

Our air conditioned Villa on the corner of Lake Vista Court has two living areas, a lounge and a family room carpeted throughout, separated by a fully fitted well equipped tiled kitchen with a large oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc. 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms – more than enough space for two to three families to share. A south-west facing pool and spa – hot, hot sun all day. Double garage with pool table and electronic dart board.

The lounge, at the main entrance of the villa is a quiet relaxing room, with a 3 seater bed settee and 2 seater settee, it also holds a formal dining table and 4 chairs. The family lounge room with large TV/DVD, it also has patio doors leading directly to the pool and spa area.

The kitchen area is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The sink includes a waste disposal and water filter system. All pots, pans, cutlery and glasses etc are provided, (plastic beakers and plates for the pool area), also another dining table with places for 6 and a breakfast bar with stools. The laundry room between the kitchen and double garage is equipped with a full size washing machine and drier, iron and ironing board. The garage hosts a pool table and an electronic darts board – fun for kids and adults alike.

There are 4 bedrooms, all with TV’s, 3 bathrooms, 2 with master suites, All have built in wardrobes. All bathrooms are tiled. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, bedside cabinet, large dressing table and mirror, en-suite with twin hand-basins and door access to the pool, there are large patio doors from the bedroom to the poolside. The second master bedroom has a king size bed and usual bedroom furniture. Both en-suites have bath and separate shower unit. The remaining 2 bedrooms are both twins and are served by the remaining bathroom with shower.

The large pool and spa are south west facing and ideal for relaxing and cooling off. Pool heat is available at extra cost. The whole area is screened, with a child safety screen from the house to the pool. The deluxe pool furniture includes 4 padded chairs, table and 2 loungers. The Villa is 10/15 minutes from all the Disney attractions and close to many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. 35 minutes to Orlando International Airport, 18 minutes to Universal Studios and less than 5 minutes to shops, restaurants, a Super 24-hour Walmart, to satisfy all your needs has just opened 2 minutes away from the resort. There is a Walgreens Pharmacy at the entrance to Glenbrook. All guests have the free use of the Glenbrook Clubhouse, this hosts a large communal swimming pool, volley ball and tennis sand courts, PC with free internet access, games room, exercise room.
