Luxury privately owned four bedroom villa located at Eagle Pointe, Kissimmee, Florida just 4 miles south of Highway 192 on Poinciana Boulevard. Central to the theme parks of Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Escape, Sea World, water parks and all other attractions in the Orlando / Central Florida area.

Approximately 90 minutes drive to the east is The Gold Coast and Kennedy Space Center and the same distance west to the Gulf Coast beaches.

*Please note. after picking up your car you go straight to our villa no driving here and there looking for an office to pick up keys. We provide all our guests with detailed driving directions to our villa. Easy and simple so no need to worry.

We pride ourselves on our lovely home and the service we provide to all our guests. the biggest compliment for us is our guests returning grab a week or 2 or 3 while you can.

The villa consists of four bedrooms - two master bedrooms both with en-suite bathroom facilities,The front master has doors which open onto the pool area and contains a brand new majestic king size sleigh bed and matching furniture, The rear master is the ideal getaway for parents or grandparents as it is situated away from the main living area. (ideal for two families vacationing together) there are two further bedrooms, one of which is our disney room which contains one single bed and our fantastic bunkbeds, ideal for the kids,all beds have action hero duvet sets which the kids love. the third family bathroom is situated between the double room and the disney room which all our guests find ideal. The villa sleeps a maximum of 9 persons + infant. Discounts considered for smaller parties.

The south facing private pool is 26ft by 14ft, we have added brand new patio furniture which comprises of loungers, chairs and table ideal for those warm nights and eating outside. There is also a ceiling fan in the covered lanai for extra comfort.

Pool and spa heating is available at an extra cost. The pool is not overlooked so affords complete privacy to guests.
The pool also has a Spa and fibre optic pool and perimeter lighting. NEW for 2007 is our fantastic new games room which includes a brand new 8ft U.S style pool table and foosball table ideal for just chilling out and a fun place for kids and big kids alike.

***New this year we have added our walkie-talkies for your use, these are fantastic for large parties and great in the parks or while out shopping! Please, beleive me they save a fortune in mobile phone charges!!!.Plus the kids love them!!!


***We can now offer all our guests the added luxury of a food hamper on arrival (small charge) this saves time rushing around when you arrive making trips to the supermaket etc... with this service walk through the front door and have that long awaited cup of tea!!

Our luxury villa is located only 4 miles south of the busy US 192 and all the the resteraunts and shopping it has to offer. We are in a prime location as disney is only 10 mins west and universal studios, sea world and I.drive only 10 mins east. Also close at hand are all major shopping outlets such as premium outlet, lake buena-vista outlet, Prime outlet,and florida mall. There is also a super wal-mart only 2 mins away for all your food and household needs
