Welcome to our family villa, where we spend our own family vacations. We hope that we will be able to welcome you to our villa as our guest soon and that you will enjoy your stay as much as we do.

Although all the attractions and amenities are within easy reach, the villa is situated in a quiet rural area. Briargrove is a mixed community of both residential and vacation properties.

The villa is only 2 miles from the I4 and is, therefore, ideally situated within easy reach of all the attractions and amenities of Central Florida. Disney is only 12 minutes away and the other theme parks are all within 30 minutes and it is only 60 miles to both the east and west coast beaches.

Our villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The family room has a loungs area with digital cable TV,DVD, stereo CD player and telephone, and a dining area which looks out to the pool through the French windows. The windows are alarmed so that children cannot gain access to the pool area unnoticed. The family room is separated from the kitchen/breakfast nook by a breakfast bar.

The kitchen is has a cooker, fridge/freezer, waste disposal unit, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. All the necessary crockery and cookware are supplied.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, a walk-in closet, telephone and TV. The windows look out on the pool area. The en-suite bathroom has twin basins and a walk-in shower and can be accessed directly from the pool area.

The double and twin bedrooms share the second bathroom which has a bath and integral shower. Each bedroom has its own digital television and the twin room is decorated with an outer space theme. The laundry facilities are in the garage which also has a dart board.

The pool is completely screened and is in a large garden which is completely fenced in so that the pool is not overlooked as most are in this area.Pool heating is available

The villa is completely air conditioned and all the rooms, apart from the kitchen, have ceiling paddle fans. All linens and towels are provided free of charge.

Free wireless high speed internet is provided (bring your own laptop). all telephone calls are free.

GOLF: In addition to Greg Norman's Championsgate Golf Resort which is only 2 miles away, there are 2 golf courses on the nes Reunion development only 4 miles away. There are a number of other courses within 5 miles.
THEME PARKS: Disney is only 12 minutes away, Sea World and Universal are only 20 minutes away and most other attractions can be accessed within 30 minutes.
SHOPPING: Publix Supermarket and Walgreens are only 2 miles away at Championsgate. There are other shops and fast food oulets in this complex. A number of other supermarkets are within easy driving distance and the new Walmarts on SR27 is only 8 miles. The hundreds of shops, restaurants and attractions in Kissimmee along the 192 are only 10 minutes drive. The historic old town of Kissimmee is only 20 minutes drive.
FISHING: There are number of lakes in the area where one can fish, the nearest being only 1 mile from the villa. The very large Lake Tohopekaliga is 20 minutes drive. In addition to fishing other activities such as air boat rides are available in this area.
COMMUNITY FACILITIES: Tennis courts, basketball net and a children's play area are within a short walking distance from the villa.
